NIST Berhampur offers merit-based admission to a few of its UG & PG courses, namely BSc, BCA and MSc. Candidates are offered admission to these courses based on their merit scores obtained in the last qualifying exams of Class 12/ graduation.
Candidates should report the counselling centre with original as well as copies of the following documents:
- OJEE Seat Allotment Letter
- Acknowledgement slip of admission fee
- Counselling registration slip
- OJEE rank card and result copy
- OJEE admit card
- OJEE application form
- Class 10, Class 12 or equivalent mark sheets
- Graduation degree mark sheet, provisional letter and character certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Residence Certificate of Odisha (mandatory) from the concerned Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar
- SC/ST Certificate by birth issued by the government of Odisha
- Income Certificate for TFW candidates for the financial year 2023-2024
- Green card issued by the Family Welfare Department, government. Of Odisha
- Certificates/Documents in support of NRI
- Candidates under the EWS category have to produce an EWS Certificate from Tahsildar/ Additional Tahsildar
- All women candidates have to submit a Resident/Nativity Certificate from the concerned Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar in order to claim the women quota The document verification for the allotted candidates will happen at the Nodal Centre, OJEE Cell at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar only.
The admissions to NIST are based on candidate's score in the qualifying as well as entrance exams. The admission process includes online application, entrance exam, documents verification, and final admission. Step 1: For NIST Berhampur registration, candidates need to submit the entrance exam score for the respective test they have appeared for admission to different courses. The entrance exam scorecards have to be submitted at the time of registration.
