Dissatisfied with the quality of study, but the facilities are good, though.
Placements: 2 or 3 students got an internship from our college. 30 % of students get placed. Crete-like companies offer placement here, don't study here, it's the worst decision of my life. Choose some other colleges, it's a total waste of money studying here, I will not recommend it.
Infrastructure: Facility and infrastructure are good here. The facilities are so cooperative, and with that, they offer Wi-Fi labs, classrooms, a library, and a canteen. Infrastructure is good, though the quality of study is not good, and if you study here, it's not worth pursuing B.Com here.
Faculty: Semester exams are so, and passing percentage is 33%. Teachers are helpful and well-qualified, but the quality of study is not good. If you want to chill, then come to this college, otherwise, don't come to gain knowledge. Better stay at home, no placement and industry visit.
Other: I chose this course to gain knowledge of audit and finance. There are many events taking place in our department, as well as in college.

My college is very awesome, and teachers are also very good.
Placements: 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest package is 1 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. No specific type of company is there for the course. 60% of students got internships from our course, and they are in many reputed companies.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities and infrastructure for our course. For example, there are Wi-Fi-connected labs, AC-connected labs, clean classrooms with AC and a projector, and a very good library with many types of books. Food is available in our hostel, and the canteen is very good.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is very awesome. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. If you study, the semester exams are easy, but if you don't, they may be hard. The college is good.

It is a good and affordable college with a moderately priced experience.
Placements: Unfortunately, there are no placements available, and no companies approach the students. The students are also not provided with career counseling for future career options. However, internships are provided by the university for final-year students, but the pay is very low.
Infrastructure: There are three hostels for boys and two for girls. The hostels are managed by an able superintendent, and students are also involved in the management. The food is good, but cleanliness is somewhat lacking. Two-seater rooms are available, and the beds are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated. The teaching, however, is a whole different story, as the teachers are not trained to teach with smart boards. The syllabi are never covered on time. The exams are conducted semester-wise, with questions created by the college. The question levels are knowledge-based, with little to no application-based questions. The results are never declared on time, making future admissions problematic.

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Botany - Batch of 2026

The college is good, but it could be better with government funds.
Placements: I am pursuing a B.Sc. in Botany Honours at M.P.C. Autonomous College. It is a government autonomous college. So, the placement opportunities are very limited. Mostly, placement takes place in the self-financed course. Here, our teachers make us ready for government entrance.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good. We have a separate department for separate honours. We also have a gym in our department, we get free Wi-Fi, toilet facilities, smart class, and a laboratory. As we are from the botany department, we also get a garden with various plants.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are highly qualified and well-trained. They have qualified Odisha education services exam. Teachers teach in a very simple manner to make the concept clear. Teachers are friendly, and they make us ready for other government exams by providing important questions and notes.
Other: As a Biology student, I have an interest in the Biological Science honours. As the technology is evolving, we are going more towards the plant life to maintain the ecosystem, so I am very interested in botany subject and where we study plant life.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There are mainly 73% of students placed in this course. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. There are no recruiting companies in our courses. Approximately 50% of students got internships, and no additional courses are offered.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, and the infrastructure is well developed. 24/7 CCTV surveillance and Wi-Fi are available. In the lab, all the equipment is available to each and every student. The hostels are always neat and clean. The quality and quantity of food are also good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and help us solve every problem. They are very knowledgeable and well-qualified. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of our semester exams is moderate.
Other: I chose my course because I love it. Our course is better than all other courses. Annual events and fests happen every year.

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry - Batch of 2027
Offered by M.P.C Autonomous College

This college was among the best colleges before 2020, but after that, it was not the best choice.
Placements: Our college doesn't offer any on-site placement directly after completing honors. But students have cleared many qualifying exams like IIT JAM and others with good ranks from our chemistry honors. Many have gotten good jobs abroad and in India; also, many have started their entrepreneurial journey. Our college has newly offered internships to many eligible students, and also some internships from ISRO and Agniveeriyu have started. Most of the students are eligible, but they are mixing good, average, and low-grade students for overall development. Top roles from our honors are like teachers, lab assistants, forensic researchers, etc.
Infrastructure: I am an integrated B.Sc. Chemistry honors student. Our department has basic infrastructure and basic labs but has the minimum requirements that a student needs for their B.Sc. There is no Wi-Fi or sitting arrangement at the labs; also, the rooms are outdated, with only one PG room with a smartboard. Hostels are below average and basic. Food quality is just decent or just average. We get 2 meals only, and one room consists of 4 students. Only minimal indoor games facilities are available. First aid is also lacking. But we have a ground nearby where we can play. I reside in OBC Boys hostel number 2.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but teaching quality can be improved. The course curriculum is relevant but outdated. No proper completion of course with time, and exams are taken very strictly but not in time. The lectures are bad, and the questions in the semester are hard. The pass percentage is average.
Other: I chose it because of the integrated bed; it will give me chances besides my chemistry honors. There are no good things about my course. The infrastructure, the teachers, the teaching quality, the campus, the hostels, etc., should be improved. Industry-ready extra courses should be offered. Practical learning should be focused. Events, fests, campus crowds, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, extracurricular activities, etc., should be done. There's no chance of networking. Some teachers are very careless and talk rudely. There's no proper guidance.

North Orissa University MBA fee structure is pretty inexpensive, being a state government institution. For two years, the tuition fee generally was about INR 25,000-50,000 per year, which totals to INR 50,000-1,00,000.

This fee covers expenses like examinations and library facilities. Registration (
