• Other Backward Classes (OBC): Seats are also reserved for students coming from the OBC backgrounds for the purpose of social justice.

Graduation is the primary requirement for admission to Osmania University's postgraduate programme. For entry into MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, or M.Li.Sc programmes, applicants must have completed their undergraduate degrees in the respective discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 40%. Candidates should have completed their Class 12 equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects, with an aggregate of 45%. Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is a state-level entrance test conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) for admission to the BE, BTech, BPharm, PharmD, BSc, BFSc, and BVSc courses. 

CUET is a national level exam for enrollment in different universities across India, in different fields of education and for various degress. Osmania University will soon release the CPGET 2023 CUTOFF in online made at the college wesbite . The cutoff of CPGET will be released on a rolling basis. Yes, Osmania University conducts a Common Postgraduate Entrance Test CPGET for admission to PG, PG Diploma and five-year integrated courses. Apart from CPGET scores, the University also accepts several national-level entrance exam scores such as GATE TSICET CMAT Andhra Pradesh ECET and TS EAMCET among others for undergraduate courses such as B.Tech and other PG, PG Diploma and Certificate courses. For Ph.D. admission, Osmania University conducts Ph.D. entrance test.

For Osmania University PharmD admission, students must have a valid TS EAMCET score. The minimum eligibility criteria required is graduation with an aggregate of 50% from an Institute/University approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. 

For taking admission in University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University a candidate  must have given TSICET exam  or a specific entrance test to be conducted by Osmania University. 
A bachelor's degree from a recognised university, which must be at least 50 % in aggregate or equivalent is also mandate to get admission in this college. 

To begin with, one must first qualify the exam and then check for the cutoffs. The cutoff is different for various students; cutoff for  a general category student was 25%, talking in scores, it will be 50 marks out of 200, where as for a SC/ST student it was 10%, that is, the student must score atleast 20 marks out of 200 and for an OBC student, the required score was 25 out of 200 which is 12.5% of the total, in order to be eligible to take admission into the institution .

After qualifying for the exam one has to check the cutoff for a particular college and a particular course. After checking for the particular course one has to apply for counseling and after counseling one can pay the fees. For, clearing the exam the cutoff was 25 percent and to become eligible score the candidate must score a minimum of 50 marks for the general category. The SC/ST candidates are eligible at 20 marks out of 200 and they can apply for counseling after that and they can also secure their seats by paying the fees. The minimum score for OBC Category was 25.

IT will all depend on the university cutoff that is released every year after the common entrance test is conducted. The qualifying stfudents will be eligible to apply for the counselling process and the merit list will be released accordingly based on the rank and the number of seats available for the particular course.
