Parul University offers a three-year full-time BCA programme at the UG level. Parul University BCA admission is merit-based. Students' performance will be evaluated based on their performance in the previous qualifying exam. Apart from this, candidates can also enroll in a five-year integrated MCA course at Parul University. Parul University offers the BCA and Integrated MCA (I-MCA) courses across the same 12 specialisations. The university has introduced three additional I-MCA courses, which are valid from the academic year 2022-23 onwards. This is my happy dream university.

Placements: Placements are very good, and most of students get placed in this university. Many big MNCs are partners of this university, so many students get a higher package. The average package is around 6 LPA for BCA students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-built and maintained. Hostels are very clean and well-designed with full comfort, and from time to time maintain the best for students to eat and live. There is free Wi-Fi for all students so they can learn seamlessly without any problem.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive, and they teach very well. Their way of teaching is so good, and all their concepts are precise and clear. They teach with high accuracy and also help students stay mentally happy and positive towards their studies.

Review of Parul University BCA (Hons.).

Placements: I am in 3rd year so I don't have any idea regarding this but if you have good skills you can get placed. The average package in Parul is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Indigo, Wipro, TCS, Byju's, Amazon, Juspay, Adani, etc. 100% of students get internships.

Infrastructure: We have so many departmental buildings so it depends on your course. We have Wi-Fi on our campus, and we have digital classrooms. We have a dedicated library also for each institute. The hostels are good but if you take a premium hostel, you will get good facilities. All mess are available on the ground floor of each hostel. Canteen is also available on campus. We have a hospital for students, where students get free checkups no fees are required for the checkup.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also not so bad but we cannot say it is excellent. I don't have any proper idea for this second point. The difficulty of exams is above moderate level. In the question paper, you don't have to fill in the banks and other small things.

Other: I chose this course because I didn't choose a math subject in 12th. Experience faculty can be improved. There are all types of events that happen according to conventions, for example, a Freshers' Party, Dhoom, Holika Dahan, DJ Nights, Concerts, etc.

Great infrastructure with all facilities inside, making campus life smooth and convenient.

Placements: 50% of students get placed if they have the talent and know about the code and languages that are required. Companies are coming too, but they want some required skills that you have to learn on your own. The highest package is 10 LPA. Microsoft, Google, Infosys, etc. I don't have much idea about the internships. Top roles offered are data analyst, cybersecurity, etc.

Infrastructure: The campus offers Wi-Fi from 5 AM to 12 midnight, which is helpful for studies and personal use, though it's available late at night. Labs are a major highlight—well-equipped and fully air-conditioned, providing a great environment for practical learning. However, boys' classrooms lack AC, which can be uncomfortable in summer. Medical facilities are reliable with quick and basic healthcare support. Mess food is average, but students manage with nearby snack options. Sports and games facilities are excellent, offering both indoor and outdoor options. These not only support fitness but also help students relax and socialize, making campus life enjoyable.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us so well, and after college, if you want any help, they are ready to assist. This course is relevant, but it depends on the students whether they are learning so that they are ready for the industry. If they are not, it's their responsibility. The passing percentage is above 40%, and exams are average, not that hard, and not that easy.

Other: I chose BCA because I’m interested in coding, and since I'm not very strong in math, B. Teach didn’t feel like the right fit. My main focus now is on improving my CGPA, as good marks are crucial. Knowledge alone isn't enough if top companies don't shortlist you. The campus events are always exciting and full of energy. Most of the crowd here is South Indian, and honestly, the university seems to favor them. If a South Indian student asks for something, it’s often approved easily, while North Indians struggle to get the same attention, even after repeated requests.

We can enjoy college life with friends and safety.

Placements: 60% of students get placements but who score more than 8 CGPA with project experience and well all students get jobs after completing college by the way of intended with low salary who get less than 7 CGPA. The college gives the opportunity to their students first to do internships in college and after that, if they want to go outside the college, they may go.

Infrastructure: The university is fully covered with cameras and security guards with a proper view of students' safety. It is also covered with Wi-Fi. Great labs are available with a good Wi-Fi connection. Many libraries are there with a lot of books in it. It also has many playgrounds for students to play different games on different grounds.

Faculty: In university, all teachers are good and knowledgeable. Some staff members are not good with behavior and talking language. The main point is they are always ready to help and after 1-2 years, the college gives chance to visit the industry to get placements and make us know how they work.

Yeah, overall not that bad experience.

Placements: 30-40% of students got placed. The highest package a student can get is 5-7 LPA, the lowest is 2-3 LPA, and the average is around 3-5 LPA. Companies that are recruiting are TCS infosis ishitava robotics SENOPTEK. Internship opportunities usually range between 60% to 80% for BCA. Usually, they are local start-ups which are in Vadodara itself. Top roles offer are data analyst, database administrator, IT support executive, web developer, and system developer.

Infrastructure: All are good in a decent way. Not too good or bad. Wi-Fi works well. Labs and classrooms are well furnished. The library is pretty good in the hostel. There are ac and common washrooms and attached washrooms according to your budget. Medical facilities are great because they own their own hospital, so no worries. Sports: They have a ground, but not enough. They have practice nets in their hostels’ grounds.

Faculty: Teaching quality is not good. You have to learn things yourself. They should provide some practical knowledge to students. Yeah, it is relevant, but it does not make students industry ready at all. They are moderate, not too hard either, nor too easy. The passing percentage is above 33%.

Other: Because in today’s world, we are used to tech, and the best thing about this course is you can enjoy the studies if you really focus on things. The things that should get better are faculty, and they should teach practical things rather than PPT stuff Event and fests are best at all, and the campus crowd is not that good, but yeah, you can chill around there. There is nothing in the campus surrounding you that you can claim the scholarship for if you have 50 % or above marks in your 12 boards.
