BBA courses offered at Quantum University are available in two specialisations first in the duration of three years, i.e.,  Business Intelligence & Analytics Samatrix, and BBA + MBA in Family Business Management for the duration of five years. Therefore, QU Rorkee only offers two specialsiations in the BBA course and one general BBA course. The eligibility criteria for admissions to the BSc course at Quantum University are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, the admission process is based on merit, which is released on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their higher senior secondary. Moreover, for BSc in Animation & VFX and BSc in Gaming & UI/UX, merit in NID DAT (Prelims) will be given preference. For admissions to BSc courses at Haridwar University, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the Science stream, and the admission process is based on merit, evaluated on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in Class 12. The primary eligibility criteria, which is required by the university to get admissions into BPharm courses, is that candidates must have completed their Class 12 with Physics + Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following: Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology. Additionally, candidates must have achieved a minimum aggregate of 50%. For lateral-entry admission to BPharm, candidates must have ensured that they have completed a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) with an aggregate of 45%. The admission process for admissions to the BPharm course is based on merit, which the university evaluates on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12 or last qualifying examination.

The percentage of seat reservation for home state students at Quantum University for BPharm courses is not explicitly mentioned on the official website of the university. However, the university does offer a Domicile Scholarship for Uttarakhand residents. This scholarship provides a 26% tuition fee waiver for permanent residents of Uttarakhand across all programmes.
