It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses across Engineering, Technology, Management and Journalism, Mass Communication Departments, Law, Agriculture, Science, etc. Diploma courses are available in Engineering. Also Rai University offers Doctoral programme in various areas like, Commerce, Mnagement, Psychology, etc. 

In Rai University there is a hostel in it. In college hostel, they provide personal washroom. The rooms in the hostel are 4 seater, 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater with different prices. They also have air conditioned rooms. The AC rooms are more costlier than normal room. In hostel mess, there are 3 meal and in evening you can have tea in mess. The mess food is quite okay. If you don't like the food of mess you can order tiffin from out side. There are more many PGS near by Rai University but they all are in nearby village, in Saroda and Dholka and many more villages. They all are more than 2 to 3 km away from university. There are some hotels for food and also tiffin service, but the hotel takes delivery charge. The tiffin service does free delivery.
