CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in May/June for 37 subjects. The mode of examination is CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA did not release official notification for CUET UG date sheet. Candidates can know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2026 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates can know the exact CUET UG exam on hall ticket. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. The overall seat intake for BFA at Rajiv Gandhi Central University is 26. The programme last for three years and is spread across six semesters. To secure BFA seats at the university candidates must secure a valid score in the CUET exam.
NTA will release CUET 2026 city intimation slip online. Candidates who will complete the CUET application process by paying the requisite fee can log in with their username and password and download the slip to check the city where their CUET UG 2026 exam centre will be located.
CUET intimation slip mentions the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. City intimation slips are released subsequently for the exams scheduled on different dates. CUET city intimation slip is not an admit card. It is an advanced information about the allotment of city. Based on the city allotted, candidates will have to make the necessary arrangement for travel, accommodation, etc.
National Testing Agency re-commenced CUET 2026 registration on February 23, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification, candidates can check the important dates about CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration was February 26, 2026 (11.50 PM).
Candidates were required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Admission will be based on JEE (Advanced) or JEE (Main) with 80% aggregate in Class 12.
- During preparation of merit list, preference will be given to students who have qualified JEE (Advanced).
- Minimum 60% in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) in Class 12* in case of JEE (Advanced).
- *The criteria of 60% in Class 12 is waived-off for current year (2022–23) only for JEE (Advanced) qualified students.
Reservation policy as per the Government of India directive will be followed. In addition, following the GOI directive and to encourage technical education among the girls, 17% of the seats will be reserved for female candidates on supernumerary basis over the current strength. The certificate for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD/EWS must be submitted in the specified format during time of admission.
