Yes, you can join Rama University Kanpur directly as a foreign student. Rama University offers direct admission for international students without requiring them to appear for the RU Entrance Test. To apply for direct admission, you need to follow these steps:

1. Register yourself and create an individual online account at the university website
2. Fill out the application form carefully with all the required details
3. Pay the application fees by depositing cash or a Demand Draft to the specified address

Please note that the application fee for foreign students is INR 1,000. Rama University, kanpur majorly has the eligibility criteria of getting 50% aggregate score in 10+2 and you have to qualify the test like NEET to get placed in Rama University with a merit score.
