XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which was January 5. The exam dates had been officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024, by the XATONLINE website. The exam was conducted in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process continued until the first week of December 2024.

Yes, RIMT University follows seat reservation policies for its BPharm courses in accordance with the regulations set by the Government of Punjab and other applicable guidelines. The reservation policies include quotas for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and other categories as mandated by the government. The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses.
