Science is preferable. Three (core elective) subject marks may be taken for calculating the percentage of marks excluding the marks in English. Candidate must have pass marks in English. Eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. Also eligible via 10+2 with English having 40% marks in vocational ANM course (Indian Nursing Council recognized) or 10+2 with English having 40% marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science (CBSE/State/Centre recognized). Registered ANM with pass marks (5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates).
