SGT University admissions 2026 are open for all the courses. Interested candidates can apply for the desired course online on the official website of the university. A few more updates are given below:
- The NEET MDS 2026 exam date has been set as May 2, 2026 (tentatively) for admission to the MDS course. The registrations for the same are expected to start soon.
- The NEET UG 2026 registration has started for admission to MBBS, BDS and other courses. The last date to register is Mar 8, 2026. Also, the NEET UG exam 2026 is going to be held on May 3, 2026.
- The CUET PG exam 2026 will be conducted from Mar 6 to Mar 27, 2026, for admission to several PG courses.
- The CUET UG 2026 registration process is now closed for admission to various UG courses. The exam for the same is going to be conducted from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
- The NEET PG 2025 stray round registration window for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses is now closed. Students can declare stray round choices till Feb 19, 2026, and the result will be declared on Feb 21, 2026.
- The HSTES 2026 counselling registration process for admission to the BTech course is expected to begin in June 2026.
- The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech/PhD courses has concluded. Results are scheduled for release on Mar 19, 2026.

SGT University offer two-year MBA programme across different specialisations. The admission is granted on merit-basis and it may select based on CUET-PG scores. Some of the offered course specialisations are:

Candidates need to complete graduation with at least 50% aggregate to apply for SGT University MBA programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. MBA is a two-year course offered by SGT University.
In 2023, Outlook ranked SGT University at #25 position under the Medicine and Health Sciences. The course curriculum at the SGT medical college is also well-structured and comprehensive. For 1,50,000 rank in JEE for OBC category, some good colleges are IIIT Una, NIT Mizoram, and NIT Meghalaya. These have okay placements, around 6 to 8 LPA for CSE.
