The allocation process for Shivaji University BSc seats differs based on the choice of specialisation. Allocation of a few BSc seats is done based on scores obtained in the entrance exam. Basic eligibility to secure admission for Integrated B.Sc + M.Sc in Nanoscience and Technology in Shivaji University is that candidate should have a minimum pass mark of 45% in class 12. The Shivaji University JEE Main Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BE/BTech course via the JEE Main entrance exam. The cutoff was released in ranks for all categories under the All India quota.

In the case of General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 17423 to 659665, wherein Walchand College of Engineering was the hardest one to secure admission for, whereas, Nanasaheb Mahadik College of Engineering was the easiest college for enrolment with the cutoff in the last round being 17423 and 659665, respectively.
