Hello Anuj, perhaps theoretically it's possible to get oneself transferred from a college in one university to another college in another university. For this to be successful, there are many conditions Viz acceptance by intended college for your admission, valid reason for transfer, equivalence of courses in the concerned two universities. In addition forms and rules change from university to university. In the bargain, students invariably take TC from present college and seek fresh admission in new college. Of course one year at least is lost in this process.
