SRMU Organises National Conference Solaris 2020

February 10, 2020: Lucknow based Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) organised national conference-Solaris, 2020 on the topic Sustainable Environment and Climate. The three-day conference was held between February 7-9, 2020. The event was organsied in association with Sukrit Solar Private Limited, Gajara Solar Private Limited and Bag Energy Research Society. University received review papers based on theoretical research, simulation, experimental work, design development, testing and measurement and field experience amongst which selective papers got published in the conference proceedings. Following topics were discussed during the conference:

  • Solar radiation modelling, solar water/air heater, passive buildings, day lightning, solar thermal and Photo Voltaic Thermal (PVT) systems, greenhouses for cultivation, aquacultures and dryers
  • Renewable energy resources (wind, hydro, geothermal)
  • Coorelation between industrial growth and climate
  • CO2 mitigation and credit
  • Economical analysis based on thermal and ener

January 31, 2020: The Faculty of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences, and Institute of Natural Sciences and Humanities-Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) organised a two day National Conference on Recent Trends in Mathematics with Applications. The aim of the event is to provide a platform for young researchers by discussing new thoughts and ideas in mathematics with applications in different fields of science and technology. The thrust areas of the conference are Analysis, Mathematical Modelling, Differential Equations, Optimisations, Fluid dynamics, Bio-Mathematics, Topology, Special Function, Numerical Techniqye, Algebra, Differential Geometry, Fractional Calculus and Relativistic Modelling.

My college infrastructure is good.

Placements: My college placement is excellent, and 95% of students are placed in my course. In my course, the highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Adani, etc. The top roles offered in my course are Data Scientist.

Placements: 85% of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 8 to 11 LPA, and the average package is 13 to 15 LPA, offered in my course. Top companies are TATA Motors, Reliance, Mahindra, and IBM.

My dean is very good and helpful to students.

Placements: My college placement is below average because teachers are not qualified, and only 15 percent of students got placed from my course. The highest package is 3 LPA, the lowest package is 1.3 LPA, and the average package is 2.3 LPA offered in my course. 10 percent of students got internships at Adobe.

My college facility is really good.

Placements: College placement is very poor because teachers are of poor quality. About 25 percent of students got placed from my course. Top recruiting companies like Adani, TCS, Reliance, Microsoft, and HCL Technology. The highest package is 4 LPA and the lowest package is 1.3 LPA.
