    For admission to the second year (lateral entry) of B.Tech, the candidate must have passed three years Diploma in Engineering course securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in mathematics.

    Hello, Lateral entry concept is applicable for entry into graduation level of engineering. This is so since students can join via either 12th or diploma route. But for entry into PG of engineering, there is only one way and hence there is no lateral admission.
