A good institute for studies and provides a good environment too.
Placements: The SKUAST-K is a well-decorated institute with a good administration. Placements are based on the government order through their office. Both contractual and permanent jobs are offered with an average pay between Rs.25,000-50,000. The deserving candidates are selected on their achievement in the vivas for that post.
Infrastructure: The institute has decorated & well-developed classrooms with a minimum capacity of 100 students. The institute has a library open during the daytime which also have Wi-Fi facility. Separate labs for every department is present with a new fresh sample of specimens also. Sports and games are also played on the campus with the decorated ground for cricket and football, and volleyball. The institute also has a gym centre for fitness of the students.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and have an experience of many years. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful to the students. The teachers use both methods of boards and powerpoint for teaching purposes. The course is useful and has good scope in the field of animal care centre.
Other: The large campus of the university adjusts the student very nicely. Road connectivity is also good, the path is given through the highway to college. The scholarship is also given to reserved categories and minority communities through the centre and state fund. The fest and cultural activities are also seen during summer seasons.

I am satisfied with the college facilities.
Placements: We are still in college. We are doing BVSC AH, which has a very good placement rate in the government sector. Top posts offered after doing BVSC AH are veterinary assistant surgeon and veterinary officer, with a very healthy starting package of around 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: Well-maintained labs are provided. Well-ventilated classrooms. Library facility is also available. Hostel facilities are also too good. There is a well-maintained hostel ground, where we can play any sport. There is also a canteen within the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and have very good teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant according to the Veterinary Council of India. Our course is yearly. The difficulty level of exams is moderate to difficult, with a pass percentage of 50%.
Other: I came through the university entrance test. There are many events, fests, and extracurricular activities.
