1. Excess Payments: Any amount paid in excess of the required fee for a semester will be refunded without deduction.

2. Non-refundable Fees: Fees are non-refundable if a student has provided false information, impersonated, or used fraudulent means for admission.

3. Mid-Course Withdrawal: There is a pro-rata refund of fees for students who withdraw mid-course, as per the decided norms.

4. Refund Procedure: Students must submit a refund application form to the Registrar and surrender all relevant documents like the original fee receipt and ID card. Refunds are made through account payee cheque in the name of the applicant.

The curriculum of the BSc course at Suresh Gyan Vihar University is structured and designed to be well-rounded.
