- The CUET PG results have been released for the MBA/PGDM course. The counselling is being conducted separately by each participating institution.

- The CAT 2026 registration window is expected to open in Aug 2026, for the MBA course.
- The MAT 2026 PBT mode exam has been conducted for the MBA course. For the CBT mode, the registration window is active till Jun 8, 2026, for the exam scheduled for Jun 14, 2026.
TMU MBA Admission Eligibility & Highlights 2024
TMU MBA is a 2 year course divided into 4 semesters. The MBA course is offered in multiple specialisations like Marketing, HR, Finance, Hospital Management, Agri-Business Management, and Digital Marketing. The university also offers an MBA Evening course through TMIMT College of Management. Teerthanker Mahaveer University also offers an MBA specialisation in Cyber Security (in collaboration with Whizhack Technologies). Students can apply for any of the MBA courses of their choice. No, MAT registration 2026 are now closed. The last date for PBT registration was February 23, 2026 and for CBT Registration was March 2, 2026. GIBS Business School, like many other institutions, accepts MAT scores for MBA admissions.
CAT exam is a national level MBA entrance exam conducted by the IIM. Every year, over 2.3 lakh candidates apply for it. Since the last two years, the competition has increased further with oveer 3 lakh candidates applying for the exam.
The CAT score is accepted by the Iims and all top MBA colleges in India. To select the best candidates from over 3 lakh test takers there is a need for stringent criteria. That's why, the CAT exam is tougher than other MBA entrance exams. Even though the syllabus of CAT is same as that of other MBA entrance exams, the question paper set by the IIM faculty always has tough questions. Moreover, CAT has sectional time limit for each section which is not there in any other exam except XAT. Having a time limit for each section adds pressure on candidates to complete solving adequate number of questions in a section within the time limit. If a student is weak in a particular subject, they can't use the time as per their need. CAT's Reading Comprehension passages are long and dense unlike other MBA exams. This is one more reason why most candidates feel CAT is tougher than any other MBA entrance exam.
