"Supportive faculty, decent placements, and a peaceful campus with growing opportunities".
Placements: Approximately 70-80% of eligible students from the BCA course were successfully placed through on-campus and off-campus placement drives. The highest salary package was 6 LPA, while the lowest was 2.4 LPA, with an average package ranging from 3.2 to 3.5 LPA. Some of the key recruiters for BCA students include top companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. About 80-90% of students secured internships through the university's efforts or their applications. Common roles for BCA graduates include software developer, app developer, web developer (full stack, front-end, back-end), data analyst, data entry executive, and technical support engineer.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled with good connectivity in classrooms, labs, and the library. Students can access study materials and submit projects online. The BCA department has well-equipped computer labs with the latest software, high-speed internet, and systems. Hostels are available for both boys and girls, within the campus. Rooms are well-ventilated with options for single, double, and triple occupancy. The quality of food is average to good, depending on personal taste. TMU has its multi-specialty hospital on campus with emergency and general care available 24/7. Sports and games are cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball I.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in the BCA department are well-qualified (with M.Teach/MCA/PhD degrees) and have a good understanding of their subjects. The curriculum covers fundamentals of programming (C, C+, Java, Python), along with web development, databases, Android development, and data analytics, which are essential for the IT industry. Semester exams are moderately difficult and based mostly on the syllabus and lecture notes.
Other: I chose to pursue a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) due to my strong interest in technology, programming, and software development. I wanted a professional course that would provide a solid foundation in IT without needing to follow the traditional engineering path. The curriculum is industry-relevant, covering subjects such as Python, Java, Android development, web development, and data analytics. There is a significant emphasis on hands-on experience through lab sessions and both minor and major projects. Additionally, incorporating advanced labs and tools would enhance exposure to real-world software, live servers, cloud platforms, and automation tools. While many students successfully secure placements, there is a need for more core technical roles to be offered.

Teerthanker Mahaveer University.
Placements: 85% placement is achieved, with the highest package being 12 LPA, the lowest 3 LPA, and an average of 6 LPA. Wipro and TCS are the main recruiting companies. About 70–80% of internships were provided, with Wipro and TCS being the companies that came. Cyber Security, AI, and many more courses are offered as roles.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is spacious and the best, it is good. Wi-Fi connectivity is good, and the classrooms with good facilities, including a smartboard in every class. The quality is the best and they have all facilities like medical, etc. The mess and canteen are average. For sports, they have a different place.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, they are more than qualified and very knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is the best. The course curriculum is relevant to the students and makes them ready for the industry. It is of average difficulty, and 80% of students easily pass.
Other: I chose this college because I have an interest in coding, and the faculty are the best. Nothing in particular to mention otherwise. Events, fests, etc., are done regularly.

They have only a big space and nothing else.
Placements: Placement drive is average. Some students get placed. Every student is not eligiable for placement because they have placement criteria based on which they decide to conduct interview or not. They give priority to Jain students in the fee structure, so they can pay less.
Infrastructure: If we talk about campus, its large and good but washrooms are still a mess. Hostel and campus are big, but are of no use. We are like slaves or prisoners in a building. We cannot go anywhere or can't do anything.
Faculty: Faculty members are bad, they are new, and are not doing anything great, except a few. They don't teach but rather do waste things. If we keep on working on assignments, the time will pass and we can't do anything and can't learn any skills as we won't be having any time

Overall Review of TMU for BCA
Placements: Our college offers the best ways to provide knowledge of multiple fields of Computer Science, and placements are also provided as multiple companies reach the campus and recruit students. The roles offered for our course are front-end and back-end developers, and software engineers.
Infrastructure: College provides multiple labs for practicing coding and other practical works over the network. The college campus provides a free Wi-Fi facility to the students both inside the college and anywhere inside the university campus. The hostels are allotted separately for boys and girls to maintain the privacy concern for girls.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and helpful and are always available whenever we require them for any issue or problem. The students are much more ready to face the real world as they provide coding and practical knowledge about the fields and works.
Other: I had chosen this course as it provides knowledge of multiple fields of CS.

The college is good and improvement is needed.
Placements: The placement percentage is very low, and only one or two companies come for placements. The packages offered are very low, and the faculty is not doing enough to help students get jobs.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is unreliable, especially in the winter. The library is too small and should be on campus, not off-site. The food is below average and not very appetizing. The sports and games are good, but not everyone participates.
Faculty: The teachers are good, but more practical knowledge is required, such as field experience and visits to various types of places. Also, the curriculum should be provided in advance so that students can plan accordingly. Exams should be conducted in a manner that allows students to share their experiences, which would help them score higher grades.
Other: I chose Agriculture as my major because I am deeply attracted to it. It is the main occupation in India, and I think it is a very good course of study. However, there are only a few events and fests each year, and extracurricular activities need to be improved.
