ICFAI University, Mizoram Admission 2026: Eligibility, Dates, Application Process

Admissions at The ICFAI University Mizoram are totally dependent on the course you want to pursue in like UG and PG courses selection are based on merit - Based while on the other hand Ph.D selection is based on entrance - Based .

For UG and PG courses - The qualifying examination is the basis for the candidate's selection.

For Ph.D-The candidates are chosen based on how well they performed on the admission exam.

Interviews and application screening are used to choose candidates for admission to different UG and PG programs. Consideration is given to academic achievement, awards from athletics or extracurricular activities, debates, quizzes, and other extracurricular activities when assessing applicants for admission.

Special Reservation: If students from the State of Mizoram meet the above-mentioned minimum qualifying requirements, they will be granted special permission to enroll in any course offered by ICFAI University, Mizoram, or in a constituent college within the State of Mizoram. This admission will account for at least 25% of the seats available in each course or discipline. Students in the Open Category may be assigned to any seats that remain empty under special reservation.

At ICFAI, there is no cap on the number of students who can pursue a MBA. In a MBA course, it is entirely reliant on the course requirements and available seats.The candidate needs to graduate from an accredited university with at least 45% of the total possible points.

The Mizoram campus of India University's Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts offers admission to the BBA, B.Com, BSW, BCA, MBA, MSW, M.Com, MA, M.Sc., and PhD programs. A minimum of 40% in the 12th grade is required for admission to the ICFAI Mizoram UG program, and this is followed by an interview. In order to be admitted to the postgraduate programme at ICFAI Mizoram, candidates must earn a minimum of 45% in their degree from an accredited university. Those who wish to enroll in the PhD programme at ICFAI University Mizoram must first appear for the entrance exam and receive 50% of the possible points. After that, they will be interviewed.
