IIFM has a multi-step admission process that students need to follow for admission. Starting with the application, students are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). A step-by-step admission process is mentioned in detail:
1: IIFM Bhopal Application Process 2026
Aspirants can apply online for the MBA course. Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 (INR 1,000 for SC/ ST/ DA). Candidates have to first register to generate login credentials and then fill out the application form.
2: IIFM Bhopal Selection Rounds
Candidates applying for MBA courses are shortlisted based on MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CAT/ CMAT scores followed by a PI round. Admission to the PhD programme shall be through an entrance test conducted by the FRI deemed to be a university once a year preferably during the month of June-July followed by an interview of the candidates who will qualify for the entrance test. The selection for certificate courses is based on the merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam.
3: IIFM Bhopal Admission Confirmation
After completion of the selection process, the institute sends an offer letter to the selected aspirants. Once the offer letter is issued to the students, the last date to pay the fee is intimated. Aspirants need to pay the IIFM Bhopal fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

The total fee for IIFM Bhopal MBA is INR 11.80 lakh for General/ OBC-NCL/ EWS candidates. There is relaxation in the fee for the SC/ ST candidates.
