The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology courses are offered to students at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. These programmes are offered across various disciplines such as Ayurveda, Biology, Trans-Disciplinary Research, and Medicine. The college offers BSc, BVoc, and MSc programmes at UG and PG levels. Apart from this, the college also offers a wide range of certificate programmes to students for a short-term duration. 

Initially, the college was mainly concerned with Ayurveda and Biology streams. At present, the college also provides quality education in the field of Trans-Disciplinary Research and Medicine. At the UG level, the college offers BSc and BVoc programme to students in various specialisations such as Kidney Care Dialysis Technology (KDT) and Food Process & Technology. Further, the college offers MSc programme for students in several specialisations such as Plant Systematics, Good Clinical Management, Bioinformatics & Functional Genomics, etc. The fee for the MSc programme at TDU Bangalore for the batch of 2024-26 ranges between INR 2.2 Lacs and INR 4.5 Lacs for the total duration of the course.
