I'm not satisfied with this college. This is my personal experience.
Placements: I have passed with 92.5 percent. In my class, many of them are going for unrelated jobs only. I'm not satisfied with that. They are not conducting any campus interviews either. I don't prefer this college to any other. I'm studying at evening college. Day college is okay.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay. But the computer lab is not perfect. The library is good. Day college students used all of the things. Teaching aids like projectors or boards may be absent or nonfunctional, with no access to modern technology. There may be no microphones or sound system, making it difficult to hear lectures. Poor internet connectivity and a lack of charging points hinder digital learning. Accessibility features for differently abled students are usually missing, and maintenance is neglected, leading to unhygienic and unsafe conditions.
Faculty: In my batch, my teachers are very mindful and knowledgeable. But this course is not helpful for me. Semester exams are somewhat difficult. There may be no microphones or sound system, making it difficult to hear lectures. Poor internet connectivity and a lack of charging points hinder digital learning. Accessibility features for differently abled students are usually missing, and maintenance is neglected, leading to unhygienic and unsafe conditions.
Other: I'm not interested in doing this course. I'm trying to take B.A. economics, but they were not allowed to ta

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2027
Offered by C. Abdul Hakeem College

About lecture in English, promote sports, and students use bad slang, this should get better.
Placements: In our course BCA, there are 3 sections, and all together total would be around 120-150. This is 2nd year BCA student and similar to 1st and 3rd years. To be honest, till now none of our classmates got package but some of them are doing part time work (related to course). Less percentage of students get internships. Top priority is programming rather than maths, accounting, etc.
Infrastructure: Our department does not have Wi-Fi. I am a local student so I don't stay in hostel. In sports, few faculty show interest, most of the faculty avoid sports and games. If students want to go some faculty members don't let them go, and they say sports are waste of time.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are qualified, supportive, and experienced in their subject areas. They explain concepts in a simple and understandable way. The teaching quality is generally good, and some teachers go beyond the syllabus by providing real-world examples and extra materials. However, the quality can vary slightly depending on the subject or department. The autonomous curriculum is regularly updated, and it covers important industry-related topics like programming languages (C, C+, java, python), web development, database management (SQL, MySQL), data structures, cloud computing and cybersecurity. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If you attend class easily, you can pass. The pass percentage is 50-60%. Good thing about faculty members is that they are friendly but all of them take their respective lectures in Tamil language, which makes other language students like Urdu students, Hindi students, etc. I find it difficult to understand the lectures.
Other: My aim is ITs and best is that they teach all that I imagine. Sports things should be promoted, and most of the students use their phones for time pass like playing games, scrolling reels, etc., which should be cut.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) - Batch of 2025
Offered by D.L.R. Arts and Science College Co. Education
2.8
3Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty2Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Placements are so bad.
Placements: There are no placements in the IT sector companies. They don't even come and try to filter students for tier companies. Only electronics assembly companies come and offer you a Rs. 12,000 salary job. Company HR also never comes; only staffing companies come for placements.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in the college. There is one canteen that does not look like a canteen, but that's the canteen. Having Wi-Fi, they will not share the password with you. Still under construction is one building; since I joined, there has been no opening. That auditorium also does not look good, like a bus shed.
Faculty: You have to study on your own. Faculty are also students in college; they don’t know anything. In computer-related courses, they don't teach how to use the computer for coding, trying to skip that part for every student. There aren’t sufficient systems and software either.
Other: Whatever, but they are trying to improve themselves.

M.Sc. in Medical Physics - Batch of 2025

Overall, best college for M.Sc. in Medical Physics course.
Placements: In our study, all students were receiving access to school. About 65 to 75% of students succeed in placement. Average package offered in the course was 13 to 25 LPA. About 60% of students get an internship in our college. Students get jobs with Philips, Siemens, GE Healthcare, and more.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are available. Every classroom has Wi-Fi, libraries contain a wide range of literature to assist pupils learn, and computer labs include a choice of machines. College also boasts adequate hostel facilities, with three beds in one room, and canteen delivers high-quality meals. College offers a variety of sports and medical services.
Faculty: All of our esteemed instructors are extremely helpful and well-trained. Well qualified and experienced. They have knowledge too. No placement, but good teaching; knowledgeable teachers are great for sports. Take admission.
Placements: 50 to 100 students got placed. The college does not provide placements but offers valuable knowledge and a vibrant college life. Some department staff and students currently hold high positions, and they encourage internships. Additionally, some meetings are arranged by the college for students to get on-campus job offers.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure and environment. The hostel is also good, and they provide Wi-Fi. Classrooms are neat, and the labs are excellent with proper maintenance. The lab in charge is responsible, supportive, and friendly. The college offers many courses, making it a good institution.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. The semesters are moderate, and the pass percentage is high. The campus is large with many facilities. It has a peaceful environment and has received an A grade from NAAC. NCC is also well-represented and valued at the college.
Other: The course is excellent, and the lab facilities are top-notch.

B.Sc. in Computer Science - Batch of 2024
Offered by K.M.G. College of Arts and Science
3.2
3Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
KMG college is good, but the staff are very arrogant and very tough to manage.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in our college is above 70%. The highest offered course is B.Sc. Artificial intelligence, and the lowest course is BBA. Companies like Wipro, TVS, and many others provide campus interviews. 20% of students get internships in above-average companies.
Infrastructure: The college of KMG has very good infrastructure, is well-maintained, and clean. The classroom and lab are small in area, and the library provides a smart lab and e-books. The staff are very attentive, and the college life is very beautiful and graceful. That's all about college life.
Faculty: The college is not so good, but it's above-average, that's all. Some teachers are well-trained and very experienced, and their teaching is very cool. The main semester exams are very easy, but once you have an arrear, the re-exams are very tough and very difficult to clear the semester papers.
Other: I took Computer Science in school, so I chose B.Sc. Computer Science in college. I wish to change our staff characters to be more friendly, and the cultural events are awesome.
