Both are well and good. But I suggest you Bhartiya Vidyapeeth university. It has the best circumstances in all the fields providing best facilities. There is very good environment to study because of all the faculty are highly qualified.

Actually, I would recommend you to go for MBA in SCM and Operations Management from Symbiosis Management, Pune and Nasik Campus. NITIE, Mumbai is also good. Pune University is not great for placement purpose hence won't recommend it.
