The eligibility criteria for admission to SPPU for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) are:
1. Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognised as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B/P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually.
2. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
For B. Pharm lateral entry (to third semester):
A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

The SPPU offers admission to the M.Sc. in Geoinformatics course on the basis of the performance of the applicants in the entrance test and their performance at the B.A./B Sc. Examination (with minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination). For students from other than Pune University, admission is made on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test only.

To be eligible for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at SPPU, a candidate should pursue a stream that includes Mathematics at the 10+2 level and have a degree in any Science graduate (including B.C.A. under Science Faculty).

To get a seat in SPPU for M.Sc. in Geoinformatics, students having obtained a B.Sc. degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply. The admission process involves applying to the M.Sc. Geoinformatics course, with 30 seats available each year.

To be eligible for admission to the BTech in CSE at DES Pune University, a candidate should pursue the Science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices in their 10+2 (SSC/ ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) examination.

The college is strict when it comes to eligibility requirements for BTech in CSE at DES Pune University, with requirements including:
- Passing 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/Biology/Informatics Practices/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies/Entrepreneurship, and obtaining at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category).
- Passing D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
- Admissions are based on merit of 2025 Examinations of JEE Main/MHTCET/PERA score.

For reserved category candidates, the eligibility criteria for B.Tech. in Computer Engineering at DY Patil University Pune differ as follows:
- Passed the 10+2 examination with any three of the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship, and obtained at least 40% marks in the above subjects taken together.
- Passed a minimum 3-year Diploma examination with at least 40% marks, subject to the availability of vacancies in the First Year.
- Passed a B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of 45% marks.

The admission criteria for M.A. in English at SPPU is based on the eligibility criteria and entrance test score. The eligibility criteria includes a Bachelor's Degree with English Special or English as a General Subject, and final year students are also eligible to apply provided they meet the eligibility criteria later. The entrance exam pattern consists of 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) with a total of 100 marks, and the exam mode is CBT (Computer-Based Test).

The eligibility criteria for admission to DY Patil University Pune for B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science are:
* The candidate must be an Indian National.
