The college is good in terms of the culture and the crowd.

Placements: The percentage of the students getting placed in our college is 90%, and 100% of the students studying at our college get the internship opportunity, irrespective of their specialization in the course. The college has a separate unit or cell which looks after the entire placement.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure are good. There are different types of events taking place in our college, such as sports, fests, and other inter-college tournaments. The quality of the food in the mess is good, but that of the canteen is not that good.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are really good. They are mostly based out of Delhi and other parts of the country. The course curriculum is also very relevant to that of the industry, and the students get industry-ready by the end of the 1st year.

It is a nice college if you are looking for subject matter and a degree only.

Placements: There were no placements provided in my course. No company visited my university regarding the placement of the English course, and I don't think any student got an internship in any company. There were no special courses offered in my course; there were just classes held.

Infrastructure: There was no facility for hostels for distance department students. However, the canteen of our department was very well-maintained. Its structure, ambiance, and the food provided were all up to the mark. Although the prices of food items were quite high, they were still reasonable.

Faculty: Students pursuing their PhDs were teaching us; some of them were dedicated to their work, while others treated it just as a task and did not take teaching seriously. I don't think the subject matter was relevant or up to the mark, as when I started studying for the NET English exam, there were no topics I learned in my MA.

Other: I was a science student and was only eligible to study English.

The university is doing its best to help the students to develop their professional career.

Placements: Nearly 5-10% of the students are placed in our course. The highest of 4.5 Lacs, the lowest of 2.5 Lacs, and average of 3.5 Lacs package is offered. Top recruiting companies include hdfc bank, icici bank, icici prudential, etc. Less than 2-3 % students got internship opportunities in hdfc bank, icici bank, etc. Top roles offered are of project manager, assistant manager.

Infrastructure: The college has top class facilities and infrastructure like central and departmental library, smart classrooms, auditorium, medical room, playgrounds, Wi-Fi enabled campus, etc. The quality is top class with good hostel, mess food is also good, canteen has all the essential commodities available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and are very knowledgeable. They have good education quality standards. This course helps the students to get ready for industry and helps the student in their overall personality development. The course helps the students to build their career in right direction.

Other: I choose this course because it lies in my area of interest. The best thing about this course is that it prepares us for industry. Providing enough industrial experience and internship opportunities can help the course to deliver the most to the students. A lot of events, seminars, guest lectures, extra-curricular activities are performed inside the campus.

Absolutely wonderful and really good college.

Placements: There were 10 percent of students placed in my course. The highest package offered was 15 LPA and the lowest was Rs. 60,000. The top recruiting companies were Jammu University, JKSSB, Agricultural Development, and many more. Remote sensing, GIS, and GPS were studied.

Infrastructure: Overall, facilities were very good. Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs and, library were available. Every type of book related to the course was available. Hostels offered the best quality of food. Medical facilities were satisfactory. Games and sports facilities were highly appreciated and good.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. They helped in every way. They were highly qualified and very knowledgeable. The course curriculum was very relevant. It made the students industry-ready. The semester exams were not much harder in one year. Two semesters were completed. The pass percentage of students was around 75 percent.

Other: I chose this course because geography was my favourite subject. The best thing about my course was that in geography, we learnt about our Earth. Computer Science should be implemented more and more. There was a one-day geography event.

It is the best college in the world.

Placements: No placements are available in our college. At our time, 60% is mandatory to take admission in our college. I am capable of teaching in any institute of Jammu and Kashmir, and I proudly say that this is the best college I have ever seen in my life.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really good with all facilities. In our hostel, everything is available. I have an easy experience, offering benefits like time management skills, independence, and social adaptability. It is a place for students to grow, explore, and step outside their comfort zones. However, the experience can vary depending on individual preference and the hostel environment.

Faculty: All staff members are highly qualified. Exams are in the normal range and not too difficult. The pass percentage is 33%. Teachers' profession is considered the best and ideal in this world as they provide selfless service to shape someone's life. Their committed work cannot be compared to anything. Teachers are those who always take care of all things.

Other: I chose this course because I have a good interest in it. The most compelling aspect of a master's in English is its potential to enhance communication skills and critical thinking, leading to a wide range of career opportunities. Graduates can pursue a path in teaching, writing, editing, publishing, journalism, and other fields requiring strong communication and analytical abilities.
