In addition to qualification in TANCET, a valid score in TANCET is also necessary for gaining admission. A valid score in TANCET is mandatory for admission, apart from having a qualification in it, since qualification in TANCET itself acts as the admitting criterion. It also may have minimum percentage eligibility in the qualifying examination which commonly varies between 50-55 percent subject to the category involved.
