Yes,  Uttarakhand Open University offers a two-year course of B.Ed ODL (Open & Disctance Learning). This course can only be pursue after getting any UG or PG degree. Further, aspirants must also be trained in-service teacher in elementary education. The university also offerd B.Ed in Special Education. To get admission to these courses, candidates must appear for an entrance exam conducted by Uttarakhand Open University. Interested candidates are required to fill an online application form along with paying an application fee of INR 1,000.

Uttarakhand Open University offers PG courses such as M.Com MBA, MCA MTTM and MSW. All of these courses are offered with the course duration of two years. Uttarakhand Open University also offers lateral entry admission in the second year of MCA and M.Sc. IT programmes.

However, as per placement report 2021, a total of 38 Diploma in Hotel Administration students were placed during UOU placement 2021. Yes, Uttarakhand Open University B.Ed admissions are entirely entrance-based. The university conducts an entrance-exam for the selection of eligible candidates for B.Ed courses. In order to get admission to B.Ed at UOU, candidates must qualify for UOU B.Ed entrance exam. The entrance exam contains objective-type questions around teaching aptitude and general knowledge. It's mandatory for every aspirant to qualify for this exam in order to get admission. In the last round, the entrance qualifiers are called for a counselling process, where the shortlisted candidates are allocated seats as per their rank/ scores. The last date to fill the online application form has passed for the year 2025 . Further, the last date to apply for BA Yoga (Hons.) and MA Yoga has also passed for 2025.
