This industry does not demand scholars but rather it demands smart people with practical knowledge about their subjects and a will to do hard work. English communication skills are must. You have to be extremely fluent in speaking English otherwise you will not be able to compete in this industry. After successfully completing your graduation you either work as a management trainee in some 5 star hotels or if your performance was extremely good, you can also get a managerial post directly. Other option is to go for higher studies and pursue MHM or MBA which will open new doors of opportunities.
