Great campus, supportive faculty, green environment & excellent placements.

Placements: 70% of students got placed in our course. 7.9. LPA is the highest package. TCI, ICICI, Nissin Logistics, and many more recruiting companies are recruiting for our course. 60% of students got internships from our course. Very vast and top roles were offered in our courses.

Decent campus life, decent academics, and career opportunities.

Placements: Decent placement record with good career opportunities for students. The highest package offered is 7.9 LPA, and the lowest is 1.1 LPA. Most top recruiters in previous years were from the marketing and sales sectors. With growing opportunities for finance majors, colleges offer dual specialisation in finance, marketing, operations, and analytics.

Good for MBA courses.

Placements: Currently, we are in the 2nd semester, but our seniors got placed in valuable companies like Housiey, ICICI Bank, TCS, and Berger. In our college, there is a placement cell. Last year, the highest CTC is 7.90 LPA, and the total number of students placed was 136.

This college provides good faculty members and good placement offers.

Placements: 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 8.2 LPA, and the lowest package is 4.3 LPA. Berger, ICICI Bank, Ceasefire, and ITC. 85 percent of students got internships in our course. Financial Manager and Sales Manager are the types of roles offered.

Good MBA with placements.

Placements: The MBA course at our college offers good placement; about 75% of students get placed. Companies like Berger Paints, Bluestone, and many more good companies came to the college. The highest CTC for the student is 7.9 LPA. They offer roles like business development associate.

If I give an overall rating, then I have a moderate point of view.

Placements: The placement is good for marketing specialization students, but not good for finance specialization students. In 2025, there are more than 70 companies visiting our college and hiring maximum marketing specialization students. If anyone wants a job in marketing, then welcome to Srusti Academy of Management and Technology.

What is the average placement record for MBA in LPU? Which specialisation is better in MBA among marketing and tourism & hospitality?

Average placement is around ₹4–6 LPA. Marketing usually offers broader opportunities, while Tourism & Hospitality is good if you’re specifically interested in that sector; both have scope depending on your career goal.
