Honest college review about LL.B. hons.

Placements: Placement is based on the internship you have done in your college period. My college offer internship in high court with proper practice. Around 80% students get placed but the avg average amount given to students is below 3 lakhs. But if someone take there studies seriously then he/she may get a good opportunity to do practice in high court.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of law building is very good. We have separate library and yes full campus has Wi-Fi. Classroom have smart boards and teacher with mic. Our college has good medical facilities as it has its own hospital. Facilities of hostel is like every other hostel for girls they have in time but for boys they can roam in campus any time but to go outside the campus everyone needs permission.

Faculty: Some Teachers are good but some are not. But what matters the most is they are very qualified for this. They know how to teacher and deal with students. Semester exams are moderate not very hard or very easy. Pass percentage is half of the total marks.

Other: I choose this course because I wanted to be a lawer and want to wear that black coat. I wish that we had given more exposure about the work on court and everything related. Events and fest occurs every year on every festival. And yes there is a big concert in month of April.

Great college, specially for law.

Placements: The average placement rate for law college is 68.3%. The top recruiting companies include Deloitte, Epam, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, and Google, along with many other law firms. Internship can also be done in Mahila Kalyan UKSCPR courts and several different NGOs.

Infrastructure: There are so many facilities here. A main central library along with department libraries in every building. All classes have projectors. In campus, hospital, food court, gymnasium, bakehouse, cybercafé, etc. are some other facilities along with big grounds and courts like badminton, common rooms, guest house, etc.

Faculty: Faculties are amazing. They are knowledgeable, smart, helpful, and kind. All teachers are PhD scholars. All the subjects are interrelated, which makes it easier to study and understand and gives them confidence and an idea about the workings of industry (courts) .

Other: B.A. LLB. is the best course for judiciary and litigation. Several moot court competitions keep happening with debates and other festivals.

Review of Law College Dehradun, the best infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Law College Dehradun does not provide any kind of placements or internships to any student. Neither of the student in my knowledge has gotten any kind of placements. So, 0% of the students got placements or internships through college. But many students from my college has cracked judiciary exams.

Infrastructure: The college has one of the best infrastructures in Uttarakhand. The facilities are top-notch, including Wi-Fi in the hostels, well-maintained labs, a library, and classrooms. The only downside is the quality of the food in the mess, which is not up to par, although it is hygienic.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are good, while some are average and some are below average. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it prepares you well for judiciary exams. Semester exams are neither tough nor easy, they are average. And passing marks are 40%.

Other: I chose this course because my aim is to clear judiciary and many students of Law College Dehradun have cleared judiciary because their syllabus is judiciary-oriented. The only thing that needs improvement is the fees. Fees are sky high, around 3 lakhs per annum. All other things about college are good.

it is one of the best colleges in Uttarakhand for law.

Placements: In the last 2 semesters, a student becomes eligible to get placements. Around 7-8 companies visit every year, and some of the companies are Amazon, IBM, etc. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA and the average is around 7 LPA - 8 LPA. More than 60% students got placed, and most of them got intern in law firms.

Infrastructure: Our college has amenities to make it a good living place. The hostel is very clean and there is a big playground for athletes and cricket lovers. There are also basketball and volleyball courts to organise outdoor games. Hostel is spacious and the food quality is very good. Overall it is a good place and particularly students who are living outside alone away from their parents, they will feel homely environment.

Faculty: Faculty members and education standards are very good. All the faculty members are well qualified and their teaching methodology is too good. Every student is getting a proper response and education is based on practical aspects and learning is part of both practical and theoretical concepts. Students can easily pass if they study for the exam.

Other: I opted for this college because it is good. It has a very good academic atmosphere with the best placements. Synergy between management and students makes it a good place to have acquired degrees and future -ready in this competitive era.

I would recommend if students are finding a good campus then they can take admission in UIT.

Placements: The average percentage of students was placed. It was not very high in the law department and only 50-60 students out of 300 students were placed. The highest salary offered ranges from Rs 30,000 per month - Rs 40,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs 20,000 per month. The internships were very low due to covid, and there were no programs from any internships placements. The judiciary exam or practice under any advocate roles was offered in this course.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure for law students were the best in this college. Wi-Fi facilities were provided in hostels. A separate library was provided in every department building and the main library called the central library for every department had all the required books for the course. The students can issue books and read. The hostel facilities were good, and the wardens will keep students safe. The quality of food was average in mess and canteen. It provides all types of games like football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, etc.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. Every teacher was well qualified for the subject that they teach. The teacher provides all their efforts to provide their knowledge to others. Our course curriculum was relevant and performed according to BCI i.e Bar Council of India. The semester exams were not very tough and the answers sheet was checked by the college teacher itself so, it help to score well on the exam. The passing percentage was 40%.

Other: I opted for this course, because my family is in the judiciary service. The best thing was that it was a professional course and had a very wide scope. The quality of food can be improved in the mess. Events were held once a year. The campus crowd was good with good environment. The campus was connected with a very good area near restaurants and PG for girls and boys both. The scholarships were not easily provided. Extracurricular activities were held 2 to 3 times every semester.
