Lovely Professional University (LPU University) offers over 300 degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes to aspirants at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. It offers BTech, MBA, BSc, BBA, B.A., B.Arch, BDes, MTech, LL.B. and various other courses to students. LPU admission 2023 to most of the courses is entrance-based. LPU NEST 2023 is the official entrance and Scholarship Exam conducted by the university. Apart from LPU NEST the university accepts several other national-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, CLAT, CAT, NATA, etc. So prepare well for the entrance test. LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based.  Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

LPU is a private university which is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission), UGC-DEB, NCT, PCI, BCE, COA, PSCAE, ITPI & Indian Association of Physiotherapists. LPU (Lovely Professional University) has been ranked at the 901-950 position in the QS World University Rankings 2026. Being a private university, the LPU infrastructure is good.
