YBN University BSc admission can be granted based on the applicants performance in Class 12 or equivalent examination. Thus, the performance in Class 12 can be evaluated. YBN University accepts admission through both CUET and its own entrance test, YBN University Entrance Test (YBNUET). YBN University conducts its own entrance exam to select candidates for Ph.D. admission. For engineering graduates YBN univeristy has SCHOOL OF ENIGINNERING  It is one of the largest schools in the YBN University and offers three years diploma, four years B.Tech and two years M.Tech.
programs in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, ECE and Computer Science Engineering. The three years diploma, four years B.Tech Degree course with an annual intake of 30 students in each streams and two years M.Tech programme in all branches. The annual intake in the postgraduate programme is 18 in each stream.
