Chose it for the teacher, stayed for the pace. Great subjects, Hill campus.

Placements: I'm Aditya, a 2nd-year computer engineering student. Around 80% of students from my branch got placed with the highest package of 19 LPA, with an average of 6-7 LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon, Infosys, and Bosch. About 65% landed internships at Cognizant, Live Gaea, and Decimal Teach. Roles offered are SDE, Analyst, and DevOps.

Infrastructure: The labs are well-equipped, the classrooms are clean and teacher-enabled, and the library's a great spot for focused study. Hostel facilities are decent, and food is improving. Wi-Fi works fine in most areas. Sports, gym, and medical support add to a healthy, balanced campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive and well-qualified; most explain concepts clearly and guide us through projects. The syllabus is solid and covers industry-relevant topics. Exams are fair if you prep well. Pass rates are around 80%, so it's doable with consistent effort.

Other: Choose computer engineering for its logic-driven, scalable problem-solving. Love the core subjects and hands-on projects. Wish we had more electives and industry exposure. Campus is peaceful, events are growing, and the crowd is focused. Connectivity is good, and also the clubs, scholarships, and surroundings make up for it.

Placements: In Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Lavale, the average placement rate is 70%-80%. Major recruiting companies are Mahidra, TCS, and many more. Placement rate is moderate with decent packages, like 5 LPA to 12 LPA. In the current years, the highest package for the computer branch is 19 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good, but it is lacking an entry gate with complete construction. But the interior and classrooms are very good. The college has a good Wi-Fi network and a decent library. Hostel rooms are decent with Wi-Fi facilities. The quality of food available in the college mess is below average, they are not providing proper food. Our college doesn't have proper grounds for sports. But college staff are always trying to take various games or competitions in college.

Faculty: All teachers are educated and qualified, and some have doctorate degrees. Teachers are always helpful to all students. My course curriculum is relevant. But it's not updated that much to make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is about 70% to 80%.

Other: I chose my course based on my own choice and interest. Entc has many career opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Events and fest management are well.

Infrastructure: In my opinion, the college is average. The campus is not good. The surrounding area, and the fact that you need to go outside into the city to find accommodation when the hostel is full, makes it very hectic to travel.

Faculty: BVCOE Lavale offers supportive faculty and a decent academic environment, though students are expected to complement their classroom learning with self-driven efforts to remain industry-ready. This balance ensures most graduates clear exams smoothly and secure good placements.

Placements: Currently, I am studying in 2nd year of Computer Engineering. The placement percentage is above 90%. The average package is about 4 LPA-5 LPA. Also, college provides good internships. Students who studied in this college are now in good posts in big companies, and some are growing their startups.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good. Labs, digital classrooms, and computer labs are available. Hostel and mess are available, but a canteen is not. The food quality of the mess is average. The hostel is good, but the Wi-Fi is not available. They clean every day.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very helpful. Teaching quality is good. Semester exams are taken seriously. Need to study, otherwise we have chances of failing. The syllabus is not very difficult. Programming languages like Python, Java, C, C++, DSA, and web development are also in SPPU syllabus. The course curriculum and faculty are good.

Other: The college campus is good, but not many facilities available near the college. Events and fests are organized every year. NSS programs and camps are held every year.

Decent college, good placement, and the best mountain view.

Placements: Most students in the Computer Engineering branch get placed in the on campus college placement drives. The average placement is around 4 to 5 LPA. Mostly, companies that come for campus placements are service based companies, and around 80 to 90% students are placed.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are decent. Hostel rooms are really good as they were renovated last year due to the NAAC peer team visit. Decent food is provided in the mess. You get 4 meals a day in the canteen, which is on campus, and the sports facilities are available, like table tennis, chess, carrom, and basketball.

Faculty: Faculty are highly qualified, supportive, and after each unit test is conducted by the respected faculty of each subject. Exam Course is curriculum relevant. The course curriculum is the latest and revised according to the 2024 pattern of SPPU, which is great.

Placements: The placement cell is improving. It provides good guidance for placements. This year, a decent number of students secured placements with packages ranging from 3.6 LPA to 9 LPA. However, no internships are offered through the college; students must find them based on their skills.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available across the college, and the well-maintained library offers a quiet study space. Classrooms have digital boards, but lack space. The hostel has spacious rooms with basic furniture, but the Wi-Fi is poor, and mobile networks rarely work inside. There are limited toilets, water leakage during rains, and low-quality mess food are also issues. The college hospital provides free check-ups, but medicine is expensive. Sports opportunities are limited unless you're already skilled.

Faculty: The teaching quality is decent, but self-study is essential for scoring well. The course curriculum covers the basics effectively, providing a strong foundation for those who wish to explore subjects in depth. Semester exams are moderate and studying for a few days is usually enough to pass. To clear a semester, you need at least 12 out of 30 in in-semester and 28 out of 70 in end-semester exams. Additionally, passing practicals is required, which are primarily assessed through viva and your outputs.

Other: EnTC is a moderately difficult course, best suited for those genuinely interested in both hardware and software technologies. Pursuing it just for the sake of a degree is not recommended. Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering admissions are primarily entrance-based. The university accepts national-level entrance exams such as MHT CET, JEE Main, etc., for admission to specific courses.

BVCOE scholarships are offered to students every year. The scholarships are offered in five categories, including the open category, SC/ST, OBC, J & K students, and for girls only. Furthermore, the scholarships offered to girls are offered by corporations. Mentioned below are the types of scholarships offered, along with the eligibility criteria:

EBC: Institute provides this scholarship of 50% of tuition fees to open category candidates, and whose annual income is up to INR 8 LPA.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Lavale Infrastructure

The Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering campus spreads across 300 acres of land. BVCOE Delhi provides various facilities to its students. The Wi-Fi campus houses a centrally air-conditioned library that remains open for 24 hours on all days. Apart from this, the institute has separate hostels for boys and girls, labs, sports facilities, cafeteria, gym, auditorium, among others. Some of the BVCOE Delhi campus facilities include:

Library: The institute has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Presently, there are 3 boys' hostels having a capacity to accommodate 500 students. The girls' hostel can accommodate around 424 inmates.
Games & Sports: The institute organises various indoor games and gymnasium facilities, a large playing and recreational complex for students. The recreational facilities, when completed, will compare with the best facilities in any technical education.
Gymnasium: The health corner of BVCOE is equipped with three well-equipped Gyms, mainly comprised of heavyweight and light equipment.
Transport:The institute has two 30-seater buses. Transport facilities are provided to students traveling on behalf of the college for various seminars, sports events, etc.
Health Centre:The institute has a Health Care Center inside the campus. It provides the medical facility to its residents. It comprises one experienced doctor, two compounders and one pathologist. The institute owns two ambulances for 24 hrs. outdoor facilities.
Bank: An extension counter of the Axis Bank is inside the Campus, which deals with the banking facility of the students as well as the institute.
Security: The campus is provided with security by an 8-foot compound wall with fencing. About 100 security personnel provide full-proof security to all inmates.
