AEEB is not conducted anymore. Admissions to programmes previously offered through AEEB are now made based on merit and interviews.

AEEB 2024 application form filling process will be held online on the official website of the exam. Once released, interested candidates meeting the eligibility standards will be required to visit the official website of the exam to fill the application form for AEEB 2024. The forms will be available for filling in online mode only at amrita.edu. Aspirants must make sure that they fill in the application form correctly. Incomplete applications or applications having incorrect information will be rejected.

Q:   Will the AEEB application form be available at the institute or online?
A: 

The AEEB application form will only be available online. Candidates who want to apply for admission will be required to register at the official website of the exam, apply for the courses they are interested to take admission and pay the AEEB application fee in order to appear for the online interview.

Q:   In which streams candidates can get admission through AEEB?
A: 

Candidates can get admission in various streams such as Arts, Humanities, or Commerce as per the eligibility are required to attend this examination through Amrita Entrance Examination– Behavioural Sciences (AEEB) exam. Notably, candidates can get admission at Mysuru, Kochi and Amritapuri campuses.

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for BBA and BCom courses through AEEB?
A: 

In order to pursue BBA, candidates need to have passed +2 in any discipline from CBSE /State Board/ICSE or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 50% mark. Meanwhile, to pursue B.Com course, candidates should have passed +2 from CBSE /State Board/ICSE or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 50% marks.

How to Apply for AEEB

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps on how to apply for AEEB 2024.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

Step 2: On visiting the home page of the university, click on the ‘admission’ tab.

Step 3: On clicking the ‘Apply Now’ link, the candidate will be redirected to a new page on the browser.

Step 5: The students will be directed to a new page, where they will have to register with their email id.

Step 6: After registration, the candidates will have to enter their personal details.

Step 7: After that they will be redirected to 'Payment' page for depositing the application fee.

Step 8: Once the candidates have made the payment, they will have to fill their academic details.

Step 9: After that candidates have to upload the required documents.

Step 10: Now the candidate has successfully applied for AEEB.

How to pay Application Fee

The application fee for AEEB is INR 750, which can be paid online either by credit / debit card or net banking. In case the examination fee is paid through credit / debit card, the candidates may have to pay an additional processing charges of the concerned bank. Please note that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.
Note: Application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances. Candidates can post their payment queries in Query Management System in the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) to get a faster response.

NOTE: Candidates who have appeared for their 12th examinations and are awaiting results can produce attested copies of their 11th marksheets when they appear for the AEEB. Only at the time of joining, they have to produce their 12th results. Candidates who register successfully for the AEEB will obtain their admit cards.

Q:   How many questions are asked from each sections in AEEB exam?

There are total 80 questions asked in AEEB exam from all the sections. The Reasoning (Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude) section has total 30 question, 25 questions are from Computing Skills (Basic Computer Science answerable by a 12th graduate) and 25 questions are asked from English section.
