CS Executive Exam Dates 2026 (OUT): Get Complete Exam Schedule for June Session

ICSI CS Executive pass percentage refers to the number of candidates who have qualified the ICSI CS Executive examination. Authorities releases the ICSI CS Executive pass percentage statistics soon after the declaration of results. ICSI CS December 2025 results was announced on February 25, 2026. The pass percentage for Dec 2025 is shared below:

The Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) has announced the CS Executive December 2025 result date and time. As per the official notification, CS Executive result Dec 2025 will be announced on February 26, 2026 at 2 PM. 

After ICSI releases CS Executive result for June and December session, candidates can download their scorecard by following below steps:

Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu (Direct link to be updated on release)

Step 2- Select CS Executive

Step 3- Enter the login credentials:

• Roll number
• Registration number

Step 4- Screens will display the scorecard

Step 5- Download and save the marksheet

ICSI will open the CS Executive 2026 enrolment services for June 2026 session in February 2026. Candidates who have filled the application form can edit or modify the details in the application form. Candidates can avail services till prescribed last date. Applicants can avail the following enrollment services:

• Change of centre
• Change of module (Students will not be allowed to increase/decrease the number of modules originally enrolled)
• Change of medium
• Cancellation of the exemption request
• Resubmission of call for requisite documents for granting exemption based on the higher qualification

ICSI will release the CS Executive June 2026 admit card tentatively on May 22, 2026. ICSI releases the admit card for examiation 10 days prior to the exam date. For the upcoming session, CS Executive June 2026 will commence from June 01, 2026. Candidates will have to report at the mentioned CS Executive exam cenrtre. Candidates can download the CS Executive admit card June 2026 online once released.  

To apply for verification of marks of answer book for CS Executive exam, a candidate has to follow steps below:

1. Visit official link of ICSI
2. Enter login details 
3. Click on 'Module' and then on 'Exam' submenu  
4. Now click on 'Verification Of Marks/Inspection/Certified Copies of Answer Books  
5. Enter details- VMCR no., application type and request type for verification of marks/inspection/certified answer books.  
6. Add a new request by clicking on 'Add new request'    
7. Enter following details  
   • Exam Year  
   • Month exam  
   • Stage  
   • Syllabus name  
   • Roll number  
   • Registration number  
   • Email ID  
   • Mobile number  
   • Correspondence address  
   • Request type  
   • Verification of marks  
   • Certified copies

ICSI CS June 2026 enrollment window without late fee will has opened. Candidates can enroll for ICSI CS Executive and CS Professional June 2026 till March 25 (without late fee) and April 09 (with late fee). Only candidates who have registered for the ICSI CS examination will be able to enroll for the exam. Candidates enrolling after prescribed last date will have to pay the late fee of INR 250.

Yes, you can crack CS Executive exam without coaching if you are disciplined and determined towards attaining competitive score in exam. Besides proper time table, it is also essential to have the right study material and students must practice previous year question papers and sample papers for better preparation. Ideally, a student must give 6-8 hours daily for exam preparation.

To become a Company Secretary candidates will have to pass the three levels prescribed below:

1. CSEET: CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry-level examination afor class 12th candidates. 
2. CS Executive Exam: After clearing the CSEET exam or having a Bachelors degree as per the eligibility criteria, candidates can register and enroll for the CS Executive exam.
3. CS Professional Exam: After clearing the CS Executive examination, candidates can enroll for the CS Professional programme.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will announce the CS Executive result June 2025 on August 25, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the June 2025 examination will be able to download the scorecard online. ICSI will activate the CS Executive June 2025 result download link at 2 PM on August 25, 2025. Candidates must enter the CS Executive roll number and ICSI registration number to view the scorecard. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the CS Executive scorecard. Aspirants can download the CS executive result June 2025 online only. 

ICSI CS Executive result 2025 will be announced on February 25, 2026 at 2 PM. Candidates who appeared for CS Executive Dec 2026 can download scorecard online at icsi.edu. Candidates will be required to enter the login details to view the CS Executive scorecard 2025. After downloading the CS Executive result December 2025, candidates must check for the following details:

• Name of the exam and year
• Candidate's name
• Roll number
• Result status
• Subjects
• Marks obtained
• Maximum marks

CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below mentioned ICSI eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:

• Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score. 
• Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
• Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Arts, Science, and Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission to the CS Executive programme.
• Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age.
