ICSI CS Enrollment December 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will reopen the CS enrollment December 2025 without late fee for CS Executive and CS Professional examination on October 23, 2025. Candidates are required to pay enrollment fees group-wise to appear for the exam along with the late fee. Candidates willing to appear for the ICSI CS December 2025 examination must ensure to enrol for the examinations online. Students who have registered for the CS Executive examination on or after 1st December 2019 must complete a One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP) to become eligible for enrollment in the June/December Examinations. Whereas, students who have registered in the CS Executive/Professional examination are required to complete the Pre-Examination Test (PET) to become eligible for ICSI CS December 2025 enrolment in the December Examination. ICSI CS December 2025 exam for CS Executive, CS Professional will commence on December 22, 2025.

Candidates can apply for CS Executive June 2026 single group till January 31, 2026. However, candidates are advised to appear for both groups when they have prepared well for all 8 papers. While some students prefer to appear for one group at a time to focus on subjects better.

How to Enroll for ICSI CS December 2025 Examination?
Candidates can enroll for CS December 2025 examination by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1- Visit the official website for CS Enrollment: smash.icsi.edu
Step 2- Screen will display the login page; Enter the login details:
- User ID (Candidate’s registration number)
- Password (created by candidate’s at SMASH portal)
- Verification code
Step 3- Screen will now display the student’s online account
Step 4- Click on Module>Enrollment- Enrollment Request
Step 5- Click on the tab ‘Add enrollment request’ displayed on the left corner of the screen
Step 6- Fill in the following details:
- Current Syllabus
- Available Syllabus
- Course
- Country
- State
- Centre
- Medium
- Module(s)
Click on the next button after adding the details
Step 5- Screen will display the examination fee as applicable
Step 6- On clicking ‘next’ tab screen will now display the application details. Candidates must confirm the details by clicking on the tab ‘confirm application’
Step 7- Select the payment gateway and pay the ICSI CS enrollment fee
Step 8- Candidates must generate the receipt compulsorily
To appear for the ICSI CS Pre Examination Test (PET) candidates must follow steps below:
- Visit official website of ICSI
- Click on 'E-learning' tab followed by Pre-Interview Test (PET) tab
- Select the examination and module
- Enter the login details- login ID is registration number (without any slash sign) suffix with @icsi.edu for example- If registration number is 1234567/10/2018 then login ID will be 1234567102018 [at]icsi.edu and default password for first time login is Learn@1234
- Appear for the Pre-interview test online.
To become a Company Secretary candidates will have to pass the three levels prescribed below:
- CSEET: CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry-level examination afor class 12th candidates.
- CS Executive Exam: After clearing the CSEET exam or having a Bachelors degree as per the eligibility criteria, candidates can register and enroll for the CS Executive exam.
- CS Professional Exam: After clearing the CS Executive examination, candidates can enroll for the CS Professional programme.
If not cleared, candidates can choose to re-appear for the ICSI CS executive examination for the upcoming session. ICSI conducts CS Executive exam twice in a year- June and December. Candidates can re-appear for the exam if they have not cleared the examination in current attempt. Such candidates must ensure to enroll for the exam within the given period. The CS Executive December 2025 enrolment without late fee is ongoing.
