ICSI CS Enrollment June 2026: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has commenced CS enrollment June 2026 without late fee for CS Executive and CS Professional examination at icsi.edu. Candidates are required to pay enrollment fees group-wise to appear for the exam along with the late fee. Candidates willing to appear for the ICSI CS June 2026 examination must make sure to enrol for the examinations online. Students who have registered for the CS Executive examination on or after 1st December 2019 must complete a One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP) to become eligible for enrollment in the June/December Examinations. Whereas, students who have registered in the CS Executive/Professional examination are required to complete the Pre-Examination Test (PET) to become eligible for ICSI CS 2026 enrolment in the June Examination. ICSI CS June 2026 exam for CS Executive and CS Professional levels will commence on June 01, in offline mode.

Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam will be able to apply for the CS Executive exam. CSEET January 2026 result was announced on January 20. Candidates who are declared 'pass' can register for the CS Executive exam (single group).
The CS Executive June 2026 exam dates have been announced. The exam will be held from June 01 onwards. To appear for the ICSI CS Pre Examination Test (PET) candidates must follow steps below:
- Visit official website of ICSI
- Click on 'E-learning' tab followed by Pre-Interview Test (PET) tab
- Select the examination and module
- Enter the login details- login ID is registration number (without any slash sign) suffix with @icsi.edu for example- If registration number is 1234567/10/2018 then login ID will be 1234567102018 [at]icsi.edu and default password for first time login is Learn@1234
- Appear for the Pre-interview test online.
If not cleared, candidates can choose to re-appear for the ICSI CS executive examination for the upcoming session. ICSI conducts CS Executive exam twice in a year- June and December. Candidates can re-appear for the exam if they have not cleared the examination in current attempt. Such candidates must ensure to enroll for the exam within the given period. The CS Executive June 2026 enrolment without late fee will commence on February 26.
CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below mentioned ICSI eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:
- Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score.
- Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
- Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Arts, Science, and Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission to the CS Executive programme.
- Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age.
ICSI CS Enrollment June 2026 Eligibility
Candidates can apply for the ICSI CS June 2026 examination based on fulfilling the criteria mentioned below:
- Completion of ICSI CS Pre Examination test
- Completion of One Day Orientation Programme (For students registered between June 01, 2019 and January 31, 2025) OR Three Day Orientation Programme (For students registered from February 01, 2025 onwards)
How to Enroll for ICSI CS June 2026 Examination?
Candidates can enroll for CS June 2026 examination by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1- Visit the official website for CS Enrollment: smash.icsi.edu
Step 2- Screen will display the login page; Enter the login details:
- User ID (Candidate’s registration number)
- Password (created by candidate’s at SMASH portal)
- Verification code
Step 3- Screen will now display the student’s online account
Step 4- Click on Module>Enrollment- Enrollment Request
Step 5- Click on the tab ‘Add enrollment request’ displayed on the left corner of the screen
Step 6- Fill in the following details:
- Current Syllabus
- Available Syllabus
- Course
- Country
- State
- Centre
- Medium
- Module(s)
Click on the next button after adding the details
Step 5- Screen will display the examination fee as applicable
Step 6- On clicking ‘next’ tab screen will now display the application details. Candidates must confirm the details by clicking on the tab ‘confirm application’
Step 7- Select the payment gateway and pay the ICSI CS enrollment fee
Step 8- Candidates must generate the receipt compulsorily

To become a Company Secretary candidates will have to pass the three levels prescribed below:
- CSEET: CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry-level examination afor class 12th candidates.
- CS Executive Exam: After clearing the CSEET exam or having a Bachelors degree as per the eligibility criteria, candidates can register and enroll for the CS Executive exam.
- CS Professional Exam: After clearing the CS Executive examination, candidates can enroll for the CS Professional programme.
Students who have completed their 10+2 education in any stream can apply for the ICSI CS course. Candidates require no minimum percentage to appear/apply for the CS examination. Class 12th passed candidates must appear for the CSEET examination and score a minimum of 50% marks overall and 40% in each subject to qualify for the CS Executive examination.

ICSI CS New Syllabus 2026
