The placement around Bangalore is not so good in aspects of applied geology, but in other departments, they bring many companies for their beloved students.

It's the best college. You will not regret it once you join university.
Placements: The highest package, as far as I am aware, is 5 LPA. The placement percentage is 60% and above, but there should not be any backlogs to get placed. The top recruiting companies, I have seen, are Deloitte and Infosys. The average package offered, as far as I am aware, is 2-2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and very hygienic. The food is very good. There is a canteen and food truck on campus. The food tastes very good and is affordable. There is a ground, and there are inter-class and inter-college competitions. Overall, it is very good.
Faculty: The teaching staff is very good and friendly. They clear all doubts even in their free time and make sure we understand the concepts. The passing percentage is 40%. The course curriculum is relevant, and the teaching quality is at the top. It's the best.
Other: Some fests and events are very entertaining. Students can showcase their talents.

College review of Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce.
Placements: Not aware of the percentage of students who got placements from my course, but it's very low. The highest package is 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Times of India, Hindu, etc. Internships are very low, top roles we get are videographers, photographers, editors, journalism, and event management.
Infrastructure: Hostel is absolutely not good. There are frequent electricity cuts for hours. The food is unhygienic. The laundry system is not provided. Wi-Fi is never working. The college library is good, but the canteen is ugly, department people sometimes support. The classrooms are well ventilated.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful at times. They are strict and knowledgeable, but being North Indian, you can't understand the way they speak and behave. The course I took is relevant but doesn't make you industry-ready. The semester exams are difficult. The attendance system is very strict. The parents get the message for each class if present or absent. Teachers seem to be supportive.
Other: I chose journalism to pursue filmmaking later, and journalism with psychology is giving me exposure to it.

Certificate in HRM - Batch of 2027
Offered by Jyoti Nivas College

The standard of the college is the standard of its students.
Placements: 85% of the students got placed from our college in well-known companies. The highest package is 21 LPA, and the lowest is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Nyaak, Amazon, and Target. Usually, students search for internships on their own. Roles like executive and analyst are offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. Library has become digital, and the classrooms are neat and clean. Wi-Fi is slow, but the rest is good. The hostel is good, and the canteen food is good. We usually eat there only. Sports get a lot of importance, and our college participates in national-level sports.
Faculty: Teachers are smart and knowledgeable. Teachers use PPTs and videos to teach us. They try creative methods as well to teach. The course curriculum is relevant. The exam is actually tough, and the highest we can score in our exam is 85-88% in our exam.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue my career in HRM. It helps me to be creative and attentive around people. One thing the college can focus on to improve is providing us with more practical knowledge, like taking us out for industrial visits and conducting workshops and seminars. Events and fests are always creative.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2022
Offered by Seshadripuram College

I am very satisfied with the college because of the education.
Placements: Hi, I am Namana. I study B.Com at Seshadripuram Main College with a specialisation in Banking and Finance. The majority of students get placed through campus recruitment in very good companies such as Société Générale, IBM, Infosys, and many more. The packages range from 4 LPA to 6 LPA. However, only a few students get selected for top companies based on their specific course and specialization.
Infrastructure: Facilities are fine with the bare minimum. It is mostly an old building with good infrastructure. The classrooms are also fine according to current standards. The educational quality is good. There are great opportunities in sports as well. No hostel or Wi-Fi is provided, but the college has smart screens.
Faculty: Teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable. It is the best knowledge I have gained. They teach very efficiently. The main challenge is that, at the beginning of the curriculum, they go very slowly and help us understand the concepts deeply. However, later they rush through the syllabus and try to finish it as soon as possible.
Other: I want to join a very good college. After researching different colleges, this one seemed to be among the top six at that time, so I chose it.

Satisfied with the placements of UVCE.
Placements: In my batch, out of 80 students, 52 students got placed from this course. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, IBM, Bigbasket, and Infosys. The highest package is around 30 LPA from Wipro, the average is around 10 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. Top roles offered are cybersecurity, IoT, and data analysis.
Infrastructure: The college provides a huge infrastructure and a good campus. It provides big classrooms with equipped smart boards, Wi-Fi, projectors, and AC. Especially the girl hostel facilities are very bad because it is very old and damaged. The mess food is not good at all and not hygienic. The canteen prices are overpriced with average taste.
Faculty: All faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are very cooperative and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester examination is medium, and for core subjects, it is slightly difficult. 80 percent of students passed.

B.A. (Political Science, Economics) - Batch of 2027
Offered by Mount Carmel College

MCC is unarguably the best college to study any course.
Placements: MCC is one of the best colleges when it comes to internships and placements. Deloitte, JP Morgan Chase, and many other companies offer internships and placements to students of MCC. To ensure the best placements, students are trained through mock interviews and aptitude tests. It builds the right confidence before appearing for placement drives.
Infrastructure: Students from every stream have their own academic blocks at MCC. Even though the college was established more than seven decades ago, each block is as modern as one can ask for. The infrastructure as a whole is excellent. The only problem is that, despite having a large student strength, the hostel facilities are limited.
Faculty: Faculty members maintain academics at a very high standard. I have two major subjects, Political Science and Economics. Faculty members and Heads of Department of both departments are extremely good. In every class, they answer as many student doubts as possible. It ensures that no student feels left behind on any topic discussed during lectures.
Other: MCC has one of the best fests and the best crowd. Earlier, it was only a girls' college, but it became a deemed-to-be university. It has become a co-educational university.
