Hostel Facility  

IMS Ghaziabad is a renowned institution not only for its academic parameters but also for its modern infrastructure and facilities. This not only facilitates the students but also improves the brand image of the institution. Therefore, it can be considered to be a mutual advantage for the students as well as the institution. The facilities at the institution include a cafeteria, which serves quality food to students. There is a regular quality check of food by the designated food committee members. The cafeteria is pocket-friendly considering the budget of students. The campus also provides a hostel facility for both boys and girls. A hostel facility has different categories. One can occupy a single room or can opt to share the room with another student. Rooms are well furnished, considering the requirements of student life. AC and non-AC rooms are available as per the requirements of students. Hostel fees vary as per the facilities available. A two-seater room which is centrally air-conditioned, including mess charges, is available at INR 135000. Hostel security is refundable, which is INR 5000, so the total amount one has to pay is INR 140000. Each floor has a water cooler facility which is cleaned at a regular interval of time. Both the hostels have male and female wardens who are trained and responsible enough to take care of the students. The hostel is safe and secure, but being a responsible institution, IMS Ghaziabad has set certain regulations for hostel entry and exit timings. Though the hostel buildings are separate for boys and girls, both the students can share the common area between the two buildings. This area is used for academic discussions, sitting with friends in leisure time, discussing career prospects, etc. This is also used for preparing cultural events in which girls and boys are both involved.

COMPUTER CENTER

The institution has a computer centre consisting of the latest and most updated computer machinery as per the current industry needs. The hostel has multiple computer labs consisting of 500 PC nodes, laptops, and the latest servers such as Lenovo SR550 servers, Intel Xeon Gold 6130 (16 core), IBM services, etc. The computer centre has i5-8^th generation processors with a video conferencing facility. The Audi visual system is available for practical demonstration. The computer centre has a total of eight labs for students. Students are given internet connectivity of 180Mbps (on fibre optics). It is available in a hostel as well as in the classroom. This internet network is protected by an advanced AnexGATE Firewall 500USG. This protection can cater to the needs of 2000 clients. The whole system has the support of a regular power supply through a power backup. Assessment software has been installed on the network for grading, registration of the course, faculty feedback, face recognition attendance, etc. This can be accessed by the IMS community only. Scanning and

printing facilities are also available with high-speed laserjet network printers. The educational campus agreement has been registered for Microsoft Volume licensing.

Library  

The library plays a vital role in shaping a student's career at any institution. The quality and quantity of books are both aspects that show the presence of an effective knowledge management system at IMS Ghaziabad. The campus is equipped with 45000 volumes and 10374 journals (both national and international). They are available in printed as well as online versions. The campus library has more than 8 lakh ebooks. The Library also has cases from reputed periodicals such as ET Prime and Emerald Study. Online databases like Springer and JSTOR are also available. The Pearson Library also provides ebooks. Drillbit anti-plagiarism software is also available in the library.

Auditorium:  

The auditorium at IMS Ghaziabad is air-conditioned and can accommodate 400 people. The latest technology used in the auditorium enhances the impact of conferences and various cultural events at IMS Ghaziabad. Apart from all these facilities, the campus provides excellent gym facilities for both boys and girls. It has a Punjab National Bank counter, which is a great facility for students residing in this hostel because they do not have to move out for cash and other financial transactions.
