The sounds were almost non-existent. It was almost as if everything around had gone silent while she was still plating the last of the orders. As she opened the kitchen door with a plate of her most exclusive dish for her favourite author who had been patiently waiting for her, the sounds of the loud customers started to kick in. The frown on her face from all the concentration slowly turning into a light smile as she approached her childhood inspiration, finally got her beaming wide enough for all her pearlies to shine bright. She got the plate on his table and turned around to walk away as gracefully as she could, only to stand hidden and to catch a glimpse of her favourite author taste the best of her works. The moment of relief and joy while looking at him relish every bite is all she could ever ask for. That night when she wished a wonderful evening to her employees and finally closed her lovely café for the night, she went home content from the choices she had made in her career.

Coming back to the question of whether it is possible to be a student of the field of management and still do what you love. Fortunately, the answer’s yes! One of its perks is being able to incorporate what you study with the passion of your life. There seem to be never-ending opportunities in the field of management. It is one of those things that get along with everything and anything. Whatever be your passion, the learning you do as an MBA student helps you incorporate your passion with business. It is a tool to make your dreams become reality. For someone who loves cooking, why let it be just a hobby when you can turn it into something bigger, something that helps you nurture your passion and have the luxury to showcase it to the entire world. It is never actually a change of career choice; it is to be a stepping stone to a brighter future in any field that one chooses. The art of transforming your tiny little dream into a successful reality is something that management teaches you. Managing is not just something that is limited to the syllabi that is taught in the due course of two years. Instead, every decision that is made in those two years teaches you more than any book could possibly do. Hence, fellow aspirants of business administration, it is never to be doubted if the field of management ever stops one from associating passion with a career.
