From childhood, I wanted to take my Bachelor’s degree in Geography. After completing my Class 12th board examination, I took admission in Geography honours in a reputed college of Kolkata. But honestly speaking, through those days I realised that I was not meant for that subject. I became interested in a job-oriented course suitable for my personality. I found Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) to be the best suitable course for me and its higher prospects in job market. I started looking for colleges which could give me what I wanted. Then I came to know about Eminent College of Management and Technology - ECMT and became interested to take admission in ECMT.
The way I cracked college admission
It was in the month of June when I sat for the Common Entrance Test (CET). Honestly speaking, the examination was not easy for me. In the month of August, the result was announced and I was selected. That was a very joyful moment for me.
My college experience
I have completed my first semester in this college and I can gladly say that this college has the potential to make my life perfect. Now I am in the second semester. The subjects of this semester are too much interesting especially the Economics class which I like to attend the most. In leisure periods, I like to hang out in the college common room or at the canteen. The college frequently organises extra-curriculum activities for us. It also provides us lab with free Wi-Fi facilities. Not only this, the college provides many events to break the monotony of life.
Finally, I can say that here I am learning what I wanted to learn. The faculty members and seniors are very much frank with us and also very much helpful. This college always gives positive vibes and makes me more confident with each passing day.
