The latest cutoff for admission to B.A. LL.B (Hons.) at Faculty of Law, BHU is currently unknown. Candidates need to visit the website of the institute after the accepted entrance exams are over. The cutoff will be based on the maximum and minimum scores secured, number of applications and number of seats.

Hi.

Yes, PCM students can apply for BA LLB and BA (Hons) through CUET-UG, but subject choice is very important.

CUET Subjects for BA LLB (5-year integrated)

Most central universities (like DU, BHU, AMU, AU, etc.) follow this pattern:

Compulsory Subjects

  1. Language (Any ONE)

    • English (recommended)

    • or Hindi / other listed languages

  2. General Test (GT)  Very important for BA LLB

Optional / Domain Subjects

  • ANY 2 domain subjects

  • Since you are from PCM, you can choose:

    • Mathematics

    • Physics

    • Chemistry

You do NOT need Polity or History for BA LLB if you haven't studied them in Class 12.

Recommended CUET Combo for BA LLB (PCM student)

  • English

  • Gen

Hi.

Yes, there are jobs and career opportunities after completing a BA LL.B. (Hons.) from The ICFAI University, Jharkhand, but like most law degrees in India, your career success will depend on how you build your skills, internships, networks, and practical experience during and after your studies.

 1. Legal Practice (Advocate / Lawyer)

  • After completing BA LL.B. (Hons.), you can register with the Bar Council of India and start practicing law.

  • Many graduates begin as junior lawyers or associates under experienced advocates and appear in district courts, high courts, or specialized tribunals.

  • Over time, with experience and reputation

Hi.

Chandigarh University (CU) is a good choice for a B.A. LL.B. (or similar law degrees):

1. Academic Program & Curriculum

CU's Institute of Legal Studies offers a structured BA LLB (Hons.) programme with theory and practical exposure (moot courts, internships). The curriculum is reported to be relevant and industry‑oriented with practical learning opportunities like mooting and legal aid.

Students highlight that the law faculty is generally qualified and interactive, and that teaching covers both theory and practical legal skills fairly well.

2. Infrastructure & Campus Life

Infrastructure is one of CU's the strong
