The integration of Legal Education with knowledge about Humanities & Social sciences in the programme of BA LLB at LPU ushers in a whole new world to the students. Graduates can go on to apply their qualifications and objectives in a variety of work contexts other than a law firm, including public-sector, Legal Consultancy, Compliance and Banking alongside a host of other legal-based career paths within a corporate Legal Unit. There is also postgraduate opportunity for students to become lawyers having fulfilled the necessary professional requirements, if they wish to enter litigation.

This can be someone on a Corporate Legal team who can assist with company control requirements, contracts or those that assist with its policy and procedures, and legal research etc. when a Graduate joins a Corporate Legal team to assist. Might serve with a law firm attending to notices, find and getting accustomed to writing law – to help senior attorneys. The focus on skills acquired through practical learning, moot courts, legal activities, internships and interaction with industry at LPU can aid in strengthening such skills.

As with all careers, opportunities for placement will depend on academic achievement, communication ability, internships, legal experience and one's preparation.
