  • BTech and MTech Biotechnology's minimum qualifying mark is 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. 

  • For MTech courses, B.E or BTech or any equivalent specialisation in a relevant engineering and technology discipline with a first-class or equivalent CGPA or first-class MCA/first-class MSc are required.

No, students cannot take direct admission at KIIT for BTech courses. The admisson is based on KIITTEE-merit based. Eligibile students need to appear for the entrance and score high marks to get a BTech seat at KIIT.
