It is a decent college with affordable fees.
Placements: To my knowledge, almost 60–70% of students got placed in B.Tech. The highest package at my college is 45 LPA, the lowest is 3–4 LPA, and the average package is 5–6 LPA. Top companies like Infosys, Amul, HDFC, TCS, etc., are the top recruiters for my course. If we talk about internships, 20–30% of students get them from campus.
Infrastructure: College provides good classrooms, labs, and a library. Sports facilities are also good. College also organizes workshops, seminars, and sessions. It helps students improve their skills.
Faculty: The quality of teaching at my college is good. Faculty members are supportive and helpful during classes and other activities. The course curriculum is relevant. It includes both theory and practical knowledge. It helps students get jobs easily. Semester exams in my college are of a moderate level. Students who attend classes regularly and study properly can easily pass.
Other: I am pursuing B.Tech in CSE from ITM Gwalior. I chose because I am interested in technology, programming, and software development. It also offers good career opportunities. The best part of this course is practical learning through coding labs. My college provides experienced faculty members.

ITM University, raising again after the sad path in between.
Placements: While I'm not sure of the exact number, it was above 80%. The rest didn't sit for placements for one reason or another. The highest package was 21 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The average was 12 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys and CSIR. About 70% opted to get course internships. Top roles offered are junior developer, full-stack developer, and ML engineer.
Infrastructure: The labs are great now. All of them have great Wi-Fi, but the PCs, other than the ones in the COE labs, aren't that great. The library is also a great place to beat with constant Wi-Fi. I didn't stay in the hostels, but I'll report what I've heard. The mess food for the Sithouli hostels was great, while the food for the Tiwari campus was lacking, same for the hostel rooms. The facilities are very much open to all, with many sports and medical facilities available.
Faculty: Most teachers were great and were knowledgeable about the subjects they were teaching. The curriculum is updated every semester to incorporate new topics, I would say it makes us industry-ready. The exams are pretty hard, but also depend upon circumstances, the passing grade. The college has good infrastructure and supportive faculty.

ITM is good enough, and the infrastructure is also good.
Placements: Placement rate is around 93%-95% of eligible students across the university in recent placement drives. This means about 93-95 out of every 100 graduation students got placed in job roles through campus placements. The highest package is approximately 50 LPA, and the lowest package is approximately 3 LPA. The average package is approximately 6-7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Every class has Wi-Fi and a smart classroom with AC room and a smart library with fast internet, and labs are very good. Hostel food is good enough, and cafeteria food is good, fast food, South Indian food, and even everything you want is available in the cafeteria and canteen. ITM have a own hospital, so good in medical college and medical facilities, and ITM has the biggest college ground in Gwalior. Basketball court, badminton court, and many more game even a gym in ITM.
Faculty: The professor is highly qualified. Exams are a bit tough for students. Semester exams are a bit tough, one has to score 33 marks out of 100 to pass. Children also have to face a backlog. Teachers are very good, they have good relations with students and are of a good nature. The campus is very nice, and after seeing the campus, the children feel like coming to college.
Other: Most of the programs are held in ITM because it has the biggest stage, and there are a lot of programs in ITM. The exposure is good, there are a lot of sports, they are played till the national level, and the crowd is also average.

Dissatisfied with the placement but the memories and friends are incredible.
Placements: In 2024-25, only 30% of the students are placed on campus. Most students are placed outside the campus through referrals or other means. The highest package in 2025 is 29 LPA,which is off-campus, and the average salary is 4 LPA. The top recruiters are Cognizant and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average, considering the fees charged to students. The classrooms are non-AC, and some do not have properly functioning fans. Wi-Fi is available everywhere on campus; however, access is limited to the Library Wi-Fi. Labs are decent, but the equipment is old and in fair condition.
Faculty: Some faculty members are great teachers, but most facilities are below average. They come prepared with their teaching material, but if questioned about topics outside the lecture, teachers tend to become unresponsive. Senior teachers like the Dean and HODs are very good at teaching.
Other: I am in the top course at this college, which is the B.Tech Computer Science core branch. Placements are highest in the CS branch, followed by CS AIML. College events are excellent, including DJ nights, tech fests, hackathons, and more. Scholarships are available for specific students. Many extracurricular activities are performed by the students in the different clubs there are 7 clubs in this college in which you can explore your talent.

It is a good college. It has good placements and well-educated teachers.
Placements: 80% of students got placed in my course and in the last year, it was across 90%. The highest package is 45 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 11.8 LPA. Celonis, Wipro, and Cognizant are top recruiting companies for our course. 70-80% of students got internships from my course in the above-mentioned companies. Roles like machine learning and artificial intelligence are offered.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are available here. Grounds are available for games like basketball, cricket, volleyball, and football. A gym is available, and Wi-Fi is also available in a hostel. The college also provides a hospital. The canteen food is very good. Medical facilities are also provided. All types of sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers are well-educated here and they have good knowledge of all their respective departments. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are not difficult for those students who are consistent. The passing mark is 33 out of 100 in each subject.
Other: I chose this course because I love to use computers and love to work in tech companies means in a corporate office.

Infrastructure: There are no proper facilities provided for students. The Wi-Fi facility is available only in the library. The hostel facilities are decent. They conduct only annual functions and games. Our institute labs are very outdated. Most of the instruments not working properly.
Faculty: Some faculty members of our institute are very good at teaching. Their behavior is also very good but some teacher's behavior is very bad. They talk with students very rudely. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate. The pass percentage is 35%.

Overall good but not recommendable.
Placements: 50% of students got placed. The highest package is 45 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average is 5 LPA. TCS, Collabra, Winspark Innovation Private Limited, ICICI Bank, etc., visit the college for HR hiring. Our college does not give internship opportunities but conducts workshops.
Infrastructure: We have smart boards in our classrooms and labs. The library has systems as well as an individual table to study with privacy. The hostel is okay. The facility is not up to the mark. We have a cycle in our hostel. We have a gym, stationery, and many facilities. A warden is also there.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. The teaching quality is not very good because some teachers are not able to teach. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams pass percentage is 40%. Overall, the university is good but I will not recommend it.

College provides students opportunity to get a job and faculty members are supportive.
Placements: Currently pursuing B.Tech (IT) from ITM University. Placement percentages differ from 90% to 95%. The highest salary package offered by Microsoft is 45 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is nearly about 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys and TCS. For internships, we have to find them by ourselves if paid. College provides internships that are unpaid and are from big tech companies that are virtually conducted. Roles offered are software engineer developers and many more.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. We get is lots and lots of trees and an open area. We have a cafe for break time. Canteen food is moderate and not very much good. Medical facilities are also good we have a good experience in the medical system and good doctors are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and very friendly. They all are qualified or Ph.D. holders in their respective fields. Courses provided are according to the industry requirements so we get taught what is in trend. Semester exams are also average not so difficult we get questions from the classes only.
Other: I chose IT because it teaches students in and outs of the technology required. Internships should be provided for this course and specialization should be there. Events are held, and some of the big personalities join the event. Students enjoy this part and the event charges may be a little bit more as much as one can expect.

My suggestion is you should go for the BCA, as you want to become a software engineer and admission criteria is -45 % required for BCA in grade 12 with any stream in ITM University Gwalior.
