College with good degree, but no placements.

Placements: There were no placements, and some placements they offered were just for the sake of showing in a very low-level startup company that was not earning itself, and for trainee roles. Otherwise, there was no focus on placements in this college. The degree was from RGPV, and this was the reason I joined this college. The placements were not good here. So, keep it in mind.

Infrastructure: College and lab infrastructure were good, but hostel was not good. Labs were very good with updated computers, an airy room, and lab assistants were also there. But the college hostel was not good, very low-quality rooms, not even labour class people could live there, still some students were living for the sake of less money.

Faculty: They are affiliated with RGPV, so the exam was good. The college conducted the exam in a proper manner. Admit card and all the processes like professional and exams were from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalay, Bhopal, so every paper was conducted by that university, and the college just conducted it. Overall, very good.

Other: Those who want a good degree from RGPV, a reputed government college, and want to prepare for some other exam at this college can take it.

The worst college, most of it is a waste of money, with no placements.

Placements: Placements are very low. The highest package was 3.6 LPA and the lowest was 1.8 LPA, and there was almost no support from the college placement cell. Most of the professors were also carefree and didn't put too much effort into teaching the students. Placements were the worst, and I have never seen worse placements than here.

Infrastructure: The building is too old with almost no amenities, and there is no maintenance of things. There were projectors, but they did not work, and the floors were broken. There is always some construction going on in the campus. Parking was not proper, and the canteen was sometimes open and mostly closed, and didn’t offer any good food.

Faculty: The faculty didn’t care to teach the students and always did time in their sessions. Some were helpful, while some just recited the notes they made a decade ago and didn’t care to explain. There was no focus on overall development, and there were no cultural activities.

Other: I liked computers and the creation and building of software and apps, so I took the course. The course was decent, but it would have been better if the course had taken a more practical approach to teaching and making students build real-life projects and working projects. Cultural activities were very low, and the fest was decent, but the DJ could have been better.

I am not satisfied because of many reasons and the average placements in 2022.

Placements: In our college, around 30% of students are placed in MNCs. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, and many more MNCs visit our campus. A maximum of one student gets a free online internship, and if they want an offline internship, they must pay for it. The top role offered is the developer.

Infrastructure: The college provides average facilities, such as Wi-Fi in the library, but only to college teachers. Our classrooms are average, but the library is the best in our college. Our college canteen facility is not available.

Faculty: Our teachers are excellent. Some teachers who teach us are not from the CS branch. They are from the EC branch which caused us a lot of problems.

Other: I chose the CS branch because I am interested in coding. There are some events like Ganesh Chaturthi or a Garba-like event organised in our college. Otherwise, there are no other extracurricular activities done by our college.
