Best private college for placement, but the overall campus life is very mediocre.

Placements: Placements are one of the major reasons why students take admission in my college. Placement percentage is well over 80% all across the CSE and other specialisation branches. The highest package that was offered to a student was 1.12cr from Amazon. The lowest package is around 2 LPA. While the average package is around 2.5 LPA. Since my branch AIADS is a new one, it's not possible find concrete placement states for my particular branch. However, this year we have seen that placement has not been very good. Very few students got placed this year. This year so far, 35% students got placed.

Infrastructure: There are many labs in our college, and every single one of them has ethernet connection. The library has Wi-Fi for studying. One drawback is that you can't use a laptop or mobile in the classroom, even if you are using it for studying. The hostel is well-maintained and clean. The mess food is not very good, and the sports facilities are average since the ground is not very well taken care of. The hostel is only allotted for 1st year to boys, while girls can stay for the duration of their course.

Faculty: The curriculum is very outdated. We were given books written in 1998-99 to study. The syllabus has not changed at all since that many years. You have to study on your own if you want to be placed. The teachers are below average. Only a few know the subject that they are teaching and are actually helpful. The semester exams are fairly easy. You can keep 8+CGPA each year even if you study during the gap between the exams.

Other: I chose this course because AI is in demand. So I thought I would get a good placement if I took this branch. There are many things that can be improved in this college, like a better canteen, some kind of cooling facility in the classroom (due to the very hard heat during summer), and many other things overall. The events in college are again very mediocre. The fest is not good, feels like only paid promotions. The crowd is average, but people who want to be placed anyhow get it done. The overall surrounding is good, covered in greenery.

The condition of labs in LNCT Bhopal.

Placements: The placement in LNCT is good. Most of the students get placed in good tech companies like Cisco, Infosys, and many more. The recent placements were also good. We do not have any placements yet, as we are in 3rd year and our placements have not started.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. There are hostels for girls for all 4 years, and for boys, it is available only for the 1st year. After that, they have to reside outside the campus. The main issue is the internet availability in labs, as in most of the labs, there is no internet or Wi-Fi available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They assist with most of the projects or work. Semester exams are not as tough for bright students. It is very easy to clear. I am currently at an 8.40 CGPA, and it’s very easy to target a higher CGPA. Mid-semester exams are also helpful for semester exams.

Other: First, I will talk about why I decided on this college, as it is the best engineering college in central India, and I think it is. The placements are decent. The campus is good. Everything is great in college except the labs and internet availability. If you want events and fests, this college is not for you. There are only a few events here. The discipline is very high here, like in schools.

A good option for students who are not getting government ones.

Placements: 70% of students get placed this year. The packages vary from 3 LPA to 30 LPA, and average is 12 LPA. Multiple companies come to recruit. EPAM, Infosys, TCS, Jio, etc., are some prominent ones. The internships are also good. Mainly students who get their internship through college are very less.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are fine, good lighting, fans are sufficient, and network is not working in most of the campus area. Wi-Fi is not that good but it works good in the library. No idea about hostels. Canteen is good, and food quality and pricing are okay. Sports and games facilities are available.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. Their teaching skills are okay. But some are less helpful, and sometimes strict. They are well-informed about the curriculum and try to make it more relevant for students. The mid-semester exams are tough. The environment during the exams is peaceful.

Other: There are a lot of events happening on the campus but students cannot be able to join all due to attendance as it is strict.

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty & strong placement opportunities – LNCT Bhopal.

Placements: I'm from the 2025 B.Tech CSE batch at LNCT Bhopal. Around 85% of students were placed. The highest package is 36 LPA, the lowest 3.5 LPA, and the average 5.5 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini. About 70 percent got internships. Roles offered are software developer, analyst, QA engineer.

Infrastructure: LNCT Bhopal offers modern infrastructure with smart classrooms, a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, well-equipped labs and a central library. The hostel provides clean rooms, Wi-Fi, and hygienic mess food. Medical support is available with a nurse, doctor, and ambulance. The canteen offers affordable meals and snacks. Sports facilities include cricket, football, basketball courts, and indoor games like table tennis and chess.

Faculty: LNCT Bhopal has qualified and supportive faculty, with many holding M.Teach or Ph.D. degrees. Teaching quality is good combining theory with practical learning. The curriculum follows RGPV guidelines and includes industry-oriented training, helping students become job-ready. Semester exams are moderate difficult and mostly based on syllabus content. Pass percentage is around 85-90 percent.

The campus hosts events like Moksh, tech fests, and has a vibrant crowd. It’s well-connected and surrounded by a peaceful environment. Scholarships are offered based on merit. Extracurricular clubs support talent in arts, sports, and tech.

I suggest students come here if they have no choice.

Placements: I am a B.Tech CSE (AIML) student at LNCT Bhopal. After a year of study, I would like to share that around 70% of AIML students and 80-90% of core CSE students have been placed, as CSE is considered the top branch at the main campus. The highest package offered in AIML is approximately 10 LPA, and an average package ranges from 4-5 LPA. The lowest package ranges from 2-3 LPA. Major recruiters include 63 Moons, Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, and Cognizant.

Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi, but it's restricted and largely unusable. Classrooms and labs are well-equipped. The library offers a good 15-day book ending system. Hostel food quality declines over time. There's limited scope for extracurricular activities due to strict discipline, and students are charged separately for any events organised here.

Faculty: Teachers are average to good. Some teachers are helpful while others are not. They are qualified, but they don't know how to deliver full content to students, so we have to depend on YouTube also. The course curriculum is not relevant. It has an old pattern syllabus that cannot prepare us for industry needs. Semester exams are moderate to pass, sometimes easy, and sometimes hard.

Other: Honesty, I chose this course for its future scope, as AI is set to dominate. But the outdated syllabus does not prepare us for industry needs. The college forces us to pay Rs. 16,800 annually for the bus, even if we do not use it. Due to strict rules and a hectic schedule, enjoying college life here is difficult.

LNCT offers decent placement, average infrastructure, and a hostel.

Placements: Average placement. Not good. Median package is 3-4 LPA. Placement scenario at LNCT is average. While some students from CS, IT, and EC branches manage to get placed in good companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, core branch placements are comparatively low. Many companies offer internship-based placements with a moderate package range of 3 to 5 LPA. College organizes placement training and aptitude sessions, but more industry-like opportunities could improve placement rate. Overall, it's decent but needs more effort for non-IT branches.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is standard. Classrooms are well-maintained with smart boards and Wi-Fi access. Labs are equipped, but some equipment can be outdated. Library is spacious and has a good collection of books and journals. Canteen facilities are okay, and medical facilities are available on campus. Sports and cultural activities are conducted occasionally, but more focus on extracurricular activities would help enhance student life. Hostel facilities are average. Rooms are shared and furnished with basic amenities. Food quality is acceptable, though it can be improved in terms of variety and hygiene.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and supportive but vary in teaching quality. Some professors are knowledgeable and experienced, especially in core subjects, while others rely more on textbook teaching. Faculty interaction outside classroom is limited, but efforts are made to assist with doubts and projects.

College is good because many companies come to this college.

Placements: In LNCT Bhopal, there is a good placement ratio, which varies from 75% to 90%. Highest package offered is 1.12 CPA, and lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top companies in my course of B.Tech are IT companies, such as TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Capgemini, Microsoft, etc., and there is also a placement department that takes care of the systems for companies and placement. Teacher in placement department is well-experienced and takes care of every student to get placed.

Infrastructure: In LNCT college, there is Wi-Fi available in library and hostel. I am not in LNCT hostel, as bus facility is good, it arrives all over Bhopal and also outside of Bhopal to Sehore and Bhopal to raise. There is no problem for bus and classrooms are well organized.

Faculty: Courses are relevant to future companies.

Workable, if you can make it work.

Placements: 4 stars as the placements are good if you expect such from a tier 3 college, and dream placements have a lot of hassle. You have to maintain attendance and CGPA through 4 years for eligibility, but if you are eligible, then you can compete for pool.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not up to that mark. Classrooms are without AC, and sometimes electricity goes out, but it has an open green campus, and you can make it work if your main focus is studies. Seating is old and flimsy, like any school, but if you can see above that it's not important, only AC is the problem.

Faculty: Faculty members are competent and have a keen eye for students. Not all, but most, like 40% I have observed, are highly qualified and themselves put efforts to single out good students, not toppers, but students who are trying hard, and they are helpful, though they will force you for attendance and useless paperwork.

Other: Focus on paperwork is much more than you would expect from a computer Science degree. Other than that, when you try, you can get into groups where you can work.
