CFA 2025 August: Level 1 CFA result was announced on October 7, 2025. The Level 2 CFA results were announced on October 9, 2025. The CFA 2025 Level 3 result will be announced on October 23, 2025.
CFA 2025 November: The rescheduling deadline for the Level 1 and 2 exam is November 1, and November 8, respectively. CFA Level 1 exam will be conducted from November 12, 2025, to November 18, 2025. The Level 2 will be conducted from November 19, 2025, to November 23, 2025.
The invoice payment deadline was September 19, 2025, for February 2026 exams. CFA exam dates 2026 were released on the official website of CFA Institute.

CFA 2025-26 Important Events
Check below for an overview of the CFA important dates and events:
- CFA registration dates: CFA registration is an online process. The CFA exam schedule has been released on the official website of CFA Institute along with the CFA application form 2025.
- CFA fee payment: Candidates have to make a fee payment after filling out the application form. The application fee can be paid online only. There is no provision of applying offline.
- CFA scheduling: After the candidates have registered and paid the application fee successfully, they will be required to schedule their exam. Candidates can choose according to the date and time available at the testing centres.
- CFA rescheduling deadline: Candidates can reschedule their exam if they have not been able to take the exam on the previously scheduled date.
- CFA exam date: CFA is conducted multiple times a year. The exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode.
- CFA result date: The CFA results are released within 60 days for Level I and Level II exams. The results for the Level III exam are released within 90 days of the exam date.

Commonly asked questions
The CFA Level I exam comprises a total of 180 multiple-choice questions to be answered in two sessions of 135 minutes each. There are 90 MCQ questions for each session. The first session includes topics such as professional standards, financial reporting, and quantitative methods, while the second session includes questions about corporate finance, fixed income, derivatives, alternative investments, and portfolio management. This exam is given twice a year, once in June and once in December.

There is no fixed time limit on the validity of the CFA Registration. Candidates will get access to the digital curriculum once your registration is complete. It is refundable within 14 days of payment. Candidates who wish to appear for the CFA exam, can register on the official website of CFA institute by filling up the registration form. The candidates must note that there is no option of offline form filling hence, they must apply online.
