LUACMAT 2023 is scheduled to be conducted on June 25, as per the revised schedule. National PG College commenced the LUACMAT registration on March 25. The application window will stay live until June 15 (as per the extended deadline). Earlier, the LUACMAT 2023 registration was to close on May 31. Candidates are allowed to choose the preferred exam centres while filling the application form. Candidates who fill the online application form are issued the admit card to appear for the offline exam from the centre. Qualified candidates will get UG admission to Lucknow University and its associated colleges based on LUACMAT 2023. Courses offered based on LUACMAT 2023 include BBA, B.Com, B.Voc, BCA and BJMC. What is LUACMAT?

LUACMAT, also known as, Lucknow University Associated Colleges Management Admission Test is conducted every year for admission to BBA, B.Com, B.Voc, BCA, and BJMC courses at the associated colleges of Lucknow University. National Post Graduate College has the authority to conduct LUACMAT for all the affiliated colleges of Lucknow University. A total of 2,050 seats are filled based on the scores of candidates in LUACMAT 2023.

LUACMAT 2023 Application Process

Candidates who wish to appear for LUACMAT 2023 need to fill the online application form and submit the same before the deadline. LUACMAT application forms can be filled out online at the official admission website. Candidates need to pay INR 1,000 as the LUACMAT application fee. Brief steps to complete the registration are as follows:

  1. Visit the official admission website, admission.npgc.in
  2. Click on the 'Fill Admission Form' button
  3. Enter information including personal details and academic information
  4. Choose exam centre preferences
  5. Upload photograph and signature
  6. Pay the application fee
  7. Print LUACMAT application form

LUACMAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfil the LUACMAT eligibility conditions before filling the application form. The space below mentioned the eligibility criteria for LUACMAT 2023 exam

For BBA, BBA in Management Science and BBA in Tourism: Candidates must qualify Class 12, irrespective of stream, with 50 per cent as the minimum aggregate score

For BAJMC: Candidates must have passed Class 12 in any discipline with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate

For BCA: Candidates must qualify Class 12, irrespective of any discipline, with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate with Mathematics/Computer as one of the compulsory subjects

For BCom (Hons): Candidates who have passed Class 12 in any discipline with a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate with any of the following subjects

  • Commerce
  • Economics
  • Mathematics

For B.Voc. (Software Development & E-Governance) and B.Voc. (Banking & Finance): Candidates should have passed Class 12 in any stream with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate

Note: For SC/ST candidates aggregate marks for all the above courses will be reduced by 5 per cent

LUACMAT Admission Process 2023

The admission process for the LUACMAT exam includes several steps starting from filling in the application form to the counselling process. Here is the step wise admission process based on LUACMAT 2023:

LUACMAT 2023 Admit Card

After submitting the LUACMAT application form, candidates will be marked eligible for taking the test. All applicants will be issued the LUACMAT admit card. Candidates are allowed to download the LUACMAT hall ticket by visiting the official admission website, admission.npgc.in. The hall ticket for the LUACMAT 2023 exam is helpful to get entry inside the LUACMAT exam centre. Candidates failing to produce a hard copy of the admit card shall face denial in entry to the exam hall.

The LUACMAT question paper consists of questions ranging between 75 and 100 depending on the course. The admission test for all the courses comprises multiple-choice questions. The exam will be conducted at exam centres in Lucknow, Faizabad, Lakhimpur and Gorakhpur.

LUACMAT Result 2023

LUACMAT 2023 result is declared on the official admission website of LUACMAT 2023. Post the declaration of the result, the college prepares a merit list of candidates based on their performance in the entrance test. Candidates with their names in the LUACMAT merit lists are eligible for the counselling process conducted for admission in the Lucknow University's affiliated colleges.

LUACMAT 2023 Counselling

Selected candidates will be required to appear for the LUACMAT counselling round. Aspirants need to be present in person along with the required documents at the time of counselling. This year, counselling will also not take place due to COVID-19.

Q: Can one apply for the LUACMAT exam, without clearing Intermediate?

A: No. As per the University guideline, it is mandatory to qualify Intermediate in order to apply for the LUACMAT exam.
