LUACMAT Application Form 2025: Last Date (May 31), Registration Fees & Process

Check the steps below to fill LUACMAT application form:

1. Visit the official website of the National PG College, Lucknow and click on the 'Apply Online' button or visit - http://admission.npgc.in/Login.aspx
2. Click on the button stating ‘Fill Application Form’
3. A window with instructions to fill the form appears; read all the instructions; click on the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions and hit the ‘Proceed to Apply Online’ button
4. Fill in all the details including personal information and past academic record in the application form to generate the application ID and password.
5. The appearing window depicts the application ID and password, click on the link reading ‘Click here for Step II’
6. Upload images of photograph and signature in the specified formats
7. Pay the application fee of Rs 1,000 in the prescribed mode of payment
8. Print the application form confirmation page for future references

Candidates will be able to download the LUACMAT admit card after the administering body verifies the details in the application form.

Check below the list of self-attested copies of important documents candidates must submit at the time of the LUACMAT 2025 application process:

1. Certificates of Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent examinations
2. Marksheet of the last examination passed
3. Character certificate issued by the Head of the passing institute
4. Recent passport size photograph and signature

Image and signature specifications are mentioned below:

• The scanned images of the photograph and Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only
• Size of the photo image must be greater than 20 kb and less than 50 kb
• Size of the signature image must be greater than 1 kb and less than 20 kb
• Size of the mark sheet image must be less than 200 kb
