Goa Board HSSC grading system 2026 is a 7 point grading system. In the Goa HSSC grading system, those who score 90 percentage and more are awarded with A grade. Students have to score a minimum 33% to clear the Goa 12th Exam 2026. Those who score 80-89% are awarded B grade. C grade is given for those who scored 70-79%. Those who score 60-69% are awarded D grade. E grade is given for those who scored 50-59%.
Those who score less than 33% are considered as failed. The Goa HSSC exam 2026 was held in February 2026. Goa HSSC Result 2026 was out on March 21, 2026.

The Goa board released the Goa HSSC exam pattern 2026 in November 2025. Students can check the Goa HSSC exam pattern 2026 on the official website, once it is out. The board paper will be of 80 marks for non practical subjects. Time duration of the exam is 180 minutes. For subjects having practicals, theory paper will be of 70 marks. Practical paper will be of 20 marks.
If you are not satisfied with the marks, you can apply for revaluation or rechecking of the paper.
The marks awarded after the rechecking/revaluation shall be considered as the final marks. Then a new marksheet will be issued to you thereafter.
There is no negative marking in Goa HSSC board exam.

The minimum marks required to clear the Goa 12th board exam is 33%. Students who have appeared for the examination should get above 33% in aggregate to qualify the Goa Board HSSC examination. There is no provision for conducting the Goa HSSC exam twice in a year. Goa 12th board Exam is conducted once in a year. Goa 12th exam is held in the month of Feb/March. The board conducts supplementary exam in June/July for those who did not clear the Goa HSSC board exam.

Goa HSSC board does not sent any individual notification regarding the declaration of the Goa 12th result. Students need to keep a track of the same online. Once announced, the Goa HSSC results can be checked by logging with the required credentials.
